Care and Cleaning & Usage
My product won't turn on. What should I do?
If your product won't power on, chances are there is a problem with the
batteries. Follow these steps to troubleshoot your product:
- Make sure the batteries are charged before inserting them. If you're using
disposable batteries, make sure the expiration date has not passed.
- Make sure the batteries are properly inserted into the battery
compartment.
- If batteries are side-by-side, they should be placed with the positive (+)
and negative (-) sides in opposite directions.
- If there are two or three batteries in
a row, they should be positioned so that the positive (+) sides
are all facing the same direction.

- Make sure your battery contacts are shiny
and making firm contact with the batteries. If contacts are not
shiny try gently rubbing them with a pencil eraser until contacts
are clean. Then firmly re-insert batteries so they are making
contact.
After checking the batteries:
- Turn or push speed controls slowly and gently. Never force the controls on
your products.
- If your product is not waterproof, keep
your product clean and dry. Any moisture can damage batteries and
motor.
What is the best way to keep my toy clean?
- Clean your products with alcohol or a gentle soap and water after every use. One
excellent product is ForPlay Adult Toy Cleanser. It is perfect
for cleaning all sensual
enhancement toys, just be sure to keep the motor and batteries away
from water or alcohol.
- If you're sharing toys with a partner or using the same toy for both
vaginal and anal use, be sure to clean your toy. If you don't want to take
the time during love play to clean your toy, consider a condom for hygiene.
- Silicone products can be submersed in
water or washed in a dishwasher.
Do I need to know anything special about waterproof toys?
- If your product is waterproof and you plan to use it in the water, we
recommend a silicone-based lubricant such as Eros Original Bodyglide because
of its lubricity in water.
- Be sure to check your product once under
a running faucet and visually inspect the battery pack to ensure
that the proper water-proofing ring has been applied.
How do I care for CyberskinTM products?
- CyberskinTM products work best when used with the included
CyberskinTM powder and lubricant which has been specially formulated
to work with the unique feel and composition of CyberskinTM
- CyberskinTM is extremely sensitive and should be
cleaned following use with warm water and stored in a clean dry
place.
My product feels uncomfortable. What should I try?
- Remember that most sexual products
feel better when used with a personal lubricant. A water-based lubricant
is recommended for most uses.
- Rubber dildos may feel stiff at first but will become more flexible with
time. If you'd like yours to increase in flexibility more rapidly, try leaving
it in the sun.
- Explore slowly with the product and keep in mind that this may not be the
right size or shape for you.
- If the vibrations on your product feel too strong to you, try covering your
product or the section of your product that is too powerful with a cloth of
some sort.
- If your erection ring feels too loose,
you can typically adjust the size by cutting a portion of the ring
near the clasp off.
- If you cannot get your erection ring off, please use scissors
to remove the ring. This is why we do not recommend metal rings
for beginners.
Should I know anything special about latex products?
- Only use a water based lubricant such as Eros Water when using latex toys.
- Occasionally, some people may experience
a reaction to latex. If you have latex sensitivity, please do not
come into contact with any latex products.
Most of all, have fun!
