It also lost serious points for going an extra mile or two with things like coming with four attachable padlocks, while previously offering only two, three, or four. Additionally, it failed to include instructions or made replacing any of its three balls annoyingly difficult.
Summing up, if you’re looking for something to look good in, then by all means, you may want to plop down your hard-earned $79 for this product. However, if you’ve been searching for something you and your partner put in or take off quickly and safely, then you probably should look elsewhere.
Who Should Try It? Gags can be a pretty decisive, kink-related toy in that people are either really into it or not at all. If you fall into the latter category, then the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness will likely have piqued your kinky interest. For one thing, it comes with three differently sized balls, meaning if one isn’t comfortable, then you can easily swap it for one that will be.
Who Can Skip It? Having said that, I feel it’s definitely not a beginner’s piece of BDSM gear, though at the same time, it’s not so hardcore that anyone interested shouldn’t also consider picking one up.

What is the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness?
Basically, the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness consists of an over-the-head belt connected to the right and left sides. From there, two more thick, silicone belts form an inverted V, extending down to yet another belt that not only goes around the back of the wearer’s head but also connects to one of its three, differently sized gag balls.
The product boasts not one, not two, but four buckles that can be locked, compliments of the four small padlocks it arrives with. Speaking of, each of these nicely made locks also comes with a set of keys. However, since keys and locks all look the same, take my advice and mark them somehow so that when it comes time to unlock them, you won’t waste valuable time—or potentially put your partner’s comfort and safety at risk.

Unboxing
As you can see in the image below, the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness comes in a nondescript, sealable plastic bag. Also included is a much smaller Ziplock bag holding four boxes, each containing one of the four padlocks and their three keys. In a nice little touch, Juliet Toys also included a quite well-made drawstring bag, which I presume was included as a way to keep all the parts and its four locks in one place.

How to Use the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness
Okay, this is going to be more than a little complicated, what with the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness myriad buckles, belts, and other assorted parts. To start, I selected the ball that was the most comfortable of the three differently sized balls. That out of the way, next adjust the around-the-head belt and buckle so it’s neither too loose nor too tight.
From there, place the ball into the wearer’s mouth, ensuring they can comfortably breathe, before buckling up the back-of-the-head strap. Lastly, and if everything is fine and dandy with whoever’s wearing it, do the same with the chin strap.
Please note that though the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness comes with a set of four small brass padlocks, I don’t recommend actually locking the toy in place. Sure, you can use them decoratively, but as with any piece of bondage gear, the most important consideration should always be not how hot a toy is but how fast someone can get out of it.
If the wearer experiences any sign of distress or even just discomfort, do not hesitate to free them from them as quickly as possible. Never forget that even a few seconds in doing so can mean the difference between someone not wanting to be confined and needing to be rushed to the emergency room. BDSM might be hot, fun, and everything in between, but it also—without fail—must be taken seriously. So play anyway you want as long as it’s physically and emotionally safe!
My Personal Experience
No strangers to BDSM, my partner and I were first excited, then more than slightly daunted by how many belts and buckles we had to deal with when trying to play with the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness. Fortunately, the Juliet Toy’s site had some pictures to guide us, but it would have been even more helpful if they’d included the same—or even more detailed information—with the toy itself.
But after several minutes of buckling, unbuckling, tweaking, and fooling around, we finally managed to get it to where it was supposed to go. One thing is for sure: the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness is definitely something to look at. So all you fetish fans will be over the moon by how it looks like something out of a classic, black leather adult magazine.
The downside is that, frankly, it is also overdone to an extreme degree. I mean, seriously, does anyone really need all those belts, buckles, or locks just to keep a gag in place? It may look good, but there are many more affordable, easier-to-use, and considerably more comfortable models available.
I also want to mention that switching between any of its three balls needs a lot of improvement. For example, other gags used snaps or such, which makes going from one ball to another literally … well, a snap. Not so with this product, which required way too much fiddling—made immeasurably worse, as nowhere on the Juliet Toys site do they provide instructions on how to do it—until I got the hang of it.
Design
The KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness consists of an over-the-head strap connected to an adjustable one around the head. From there, a triangular belt links to a different, back-of-the-head adjustable belt, and where any of its three provided balls can be fitted. Finally, there’s yet one more adjustable belt which goes from there down around the wearer’s neck. Each buckle features a curved tang (image below) that easily fits into any of the belt’s grooved holes. The buckles also have metal loops into which the belt ends can be inserted.
The four included small bass padlocks can also be attached to prevent the buckles from being released. But, as I mentioned, I do not—at all—feel that this should be done, as it might prevent the harness from being removed quickly in case of an emergency.
Material
The KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness is constructed from body-safe silicone rubber, and I believe it features stainless steel fittings, including buckles, grommets, and so forth. The four padlocks appear to be made of brass, but that may not be the case.
Build Quality and Dimensions
As I mentioned earlier, aside from Juliet Toy’s listing of the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness, which features one and a half, one and three-quarters, and two-inch diameter balls, the company offers no information on the precise length, width, or thickness of any of its products. It is not such a big deal with other kinds of BDSM toys, but as this is essentially a piece of bondage equipment, it is inexcusable. I say this because ill-fitting BDSM gear can be extremely problematic or potentially even physically risky. Worse, it would have been extremely easy for Juliet Toys to provide accurate measurements.
Ease of Use
While I have some reservations about this product, I do want to say I applaud the manufacturer’s decision to give each of its three different balls more than sufficiently wide breathing holes. As I’ve noted in other ball gag reviews, no one should ever play with ones without breathing holes. So, to find the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness, not only does it have three breathing holes in each ball, but they are also perfectly positioned to make breathing nearly effortless.
Versatility
Balls, gags, by their nature, are an example of one-use-only BDSM gear, as they are designed and made for a single specific purpose. Now, it could be argued that the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness might potentially be disassembled and employed for other kinds of bondage play, but I strongly don’t recommend it. For starters, reassembling the harness after using it as intended can be very frustrating. Plus, why risk damaging a $79 toy when you can just pick up a different one for less money and likely do a lot more?
Warranty and Support
Juliet Toy does not offer refunds or exchanges for its products. As their site states, if damage occurs during regular use, purchasers have seven days to contact them regarding the issue.
Minor Issues I Found During Testing
All in all, the KBboy Ball Gag with Silicone Harness doesn’t have anything, in my opinion, that warrants a negative review. Its construction is sound; the materials certainly seem to be of exceptionally high quality, and it has lots of great little details, such as its three balls having adequate breathing holes.
That said, it seems like this model was designed to be less of an effective, comfortable, and fun BDSM toy and more something only made to LOOK kinky. Case in point, ninety-nine percent of its buckles, belts, and parts aren’t really necessary. If anything, they do nothing but get in the way, making the whole arrangement more awkward and frustrating than actually arousing to play with.

Another aspect it shares is that it comes with its own brass padlock and keys, which can be attached to the gag to prevent the wearer from removing it without the keyholder’s permission.

Here’s a great option for people new to gag play scenes. Sold by SheVibe, this model also includes small, medium, and large breathing hold-equipped balls. But the difference is far easier to exchange due to the gags neat little snap connector system.
