This is not a sophisticated high-end sex toy. CalExotics’ Accommodator Silicone Dong is meant for fun, and it does deliver that. Practically, it’s lightweight and portable, and while the materials aren’t luxurious, they are body-safe and clean up nicely.
First Impressions and Features
Unboxing
CalExotics’ Accommodator Silicone Dong is a novelty toy and it doesn’t pretend to be anything else. It’s packed in a thin, printed cardboard box. The photo on the front of the box is all that you get as far as a user manual (in fairness, it’s all that you need — this is not a complicated device!). You also don’t get a storage pouch or any other amenities, but again, this isn’t really surprising.
Inside the box, the dildo is attached to the harness so it’s ready to go. The harness is made of thin, stretchy silicone with buckles to adjust the fit. The dildo itself is on the smaller side as far as dildos go, and it’s got a gentle curve and a bit of anatomical detail. It’s made of silicone and there was a noticeable smell when we opened the box.

How Do I Use CalExotics’ Accommodator Silicone Dong?
- It’s a dildo that you strap on to your face, so that’s the first step. Position the dildo between your mouth and chin, fasten the harness, and adjust the buckles so that it feels secure. The dildo has a curve, so take that into account when you’re deciding placement.
- If you have long hair, we recommend tying it back because the silicone straps will pull hair (not really in the fun way). And if you have facial hair, it will probably take some tweaking to get a good fit.
- Apply good water-based lube generously. The dildo is body-safe silicone, which we appreciate, but it isn’t the silkiest silicone that we’ve ever seen.
- Get down between your partner’s legs, position the dildo at the vaginal opening, and start with oral sex! The dildo should move with you, providing vaginal stimulation while you provide clitoral stimulation.
My Personal Experience
We weren’t really sure what to expect from CalExotics’ Accommodator Silicone Dong, but we were intrigued enough to give it a try (although, maybe they just wanted to see if I’d go through with strapping a dildo to my face).
While the harness is easy enough to adjust, it was more challenging than we expected to get the dildo to sit securely and comfortably. The harness and dildo are super lightweight so they felt fine once we tweaked the fit. The straps are reasonably comfortable, but they did pull at loose hair.
Even though this contraption is not heavy, it did feel awkward at first. I’ve gone down on my partner hundreds of times and even used toys while doing it, but the geometry felt different. Still, it wasn’t bad, just different. Once we figured it out, it was enjoyable for both of us, and the same applied when we switched positions. Neither of us was able to manage G-spot stimulation since the dildo is not very long and we couldn’t get the right angle for full penetration anyhow, but a very good time was still had.
Design
While CalExotics’ Accommodator Silicone Dong is not ugly, it clearly prioritizes function over form. The straps are plain black silicone with zinc hardware, and the dildo has some anatomical detail to add texture. We do appreciate that the skin-toned dongs come with matching straps. We have no complaints about the design, but again, there are no little aesthetic touches to add visual interest.
Material
The dildo and harness are made from phthalate-free, body-safe silicone. It is waterproof for easy cleaning. The whole thing is lightweight and flexible. It feels rubbery (not silky or velvety like high-end sex toys) and there is a noticeable smell right out of the box, although a good wash and some time sitting out mitigated most of the smell. The common theme in this review is that the CalExotics’ Accommodator Silicone Dong does its job but isn’t pushing for a promotion, and that holds completely true in this category as well.
Stimulations
This is a dildo without any moving parts, so it doesn’t really provide any stimulation on its own. The magic comes when the dildo provides hands-free penetration while you’re providing clitoral stimulation through oral sex.
The dildo part of CalExotics’ Accommodator Silicone Dong is approximately the same size as the average human penis, which is an excellent size, but it doesn’t necessarily deliver deep penetration or G-spot stimulation because it’s difficult to get the full length inserted in the vagina while also licking and sucking the clitoris. That said, the outer third of the vaginal canal is home to the most nerve endings and it’s definitely targeting that area.
Build Quality
They say that you get what you pay for, and CalExotics’ Accommodator Silicone Dong is no exception to that rule. There were no defects and it felt solid, but there’s also no attention to detail or aesthetics. The silicone straps are not finished, and the anatomical detail on the dildo is fairly rudimentary. The straps can stretch out a little during especially enthusiastic use, so you may need to stop to tighten them.
Ease of Use
There are no moving parts or controls, and the buckles are uncomplicated. In this sense, CalExotics’ Accommodator Silicone Dong is extremely easy to use. Getting it to fit and feel just right takes patience and practice, as does finding the right angle and depth during use. However, performing oral sex on your partner for as long as it takes to figure it out is truly a labor of love and we’re not going to complain about time spent that way!
Versatility
It has one job. CalExotics claims that you can also strap the Accommodator Silicone Dong to your thigh, and that does seem to work, but this is really a sex toy with a singular purpose. That’s okay, but you should know going in that this is not the Swiss Army Knife of sex toys.
Warranty and Support
CalExotics offers a one-year warranty on the Accommodator Silicone Dong. We think that’s plenty for a toy with no mechanics or moving parts — any defects are likely to make themselves known pretty early on. You can get extra reassurance by purchasing it from a retailer that offers their own warranty and/or accepts returns.
Cleaning
Both the straps and dildo are made from waterproof, non-porous silicone. You can clean CalExotics’ Accommodator Silicone Dong with gentle, fragrance-free soap and plenty of warm water, or a specialized sex toy cleaner. Make sure that it is completely dry before you put it away, and store it out of the sun in a lint-free fabric storage bag.
Minor Issues I Found During Testing
- Toy smells rubbery out of the box (washing it and airing it out resolved this).
- Straps can pull hair or stretch out during use.
- Deep penetration is difficult.
- It offers no physical stimulation for the wearer.
