Despite being relatively simple and very affordable, the baby pink jewel encased in the heart-shaped base of the Lovehoney Jeweled Heart adds an undeniable dose of luxury to this butt plug and made all the difference in it clinching the #1 position in this review. Perfect for beginners, both the size and smooth finish take the challenge out of insertion, and even a small amount of lubricant (silicone or water-based, it’s up to you) was more than enough to help it easily pop in.
Once in, it’s impossible not to notice just how heavy the metal body is. It achieves, in my opinion, a perfect balance of being light enough to not feel cumbersome but also heavy enough to provide a very full feeling; one of the many reasons why I’m such a sucker for metal butt plugs.
Fans of extended wear will also be well-served with this plug, for although the base has the appearance of being bulky, as you can see in the image above, the edges are completely smooth and the heart shape nestles comfortably between the cheeks. Although largely because of the heart-shaped base, I also found the size and shape to be surprisingly satisfying considering its lightweight silicone body.
Play With Me Naughty Candy Heart is somewhere between a large and small plug and due to its size, I wouldn’t consider it to be especially beginner-friendly. That being said, if you absolutely love it, I think novice users could get away with using it after employing some light anal training. Sensation-wise I found the Play With Me Naughty Candy Heart to be shorter and stouter than it appears in pictures, which for me was perfect. The shape and length helped it hit all of the right spots and provide the amount of stretch I’ve come to expect from my anal toys.
