Overall, I found that putting on or taking off the Premium Garment Leather Wrist Cuffs was easy. That said, as with most restraints, performing it one-handed may require considerable practice. Also, keep in mind that, like everything fashioned from leather, the cuffs might initially feel a little on the stiff side. But like a fine pair of leather boots, the more you wear them, the more they will loosen up.
