In the middle of its strap is a section that can be swapped out for any of its provided large, medium, or small-sized balls. Doing so is pleasantly simple, due to the snap connectors placed on either side of each ball.
The balls themselves seem to be made of a body-safe, hard-ish plastic. Not a great choice, as silicone would have been far more comfortable, but not something I feel worthy of lowering my opinion of it.

As you can see in the image below, the Fetish Fantasy Ball Gag Training System arrived in a well-decorated box that unfortunately provides very little information on how to use it or what it’s made of—aside from saying the strap is crafted from leather, that is. Inside the box, the gag itself is in a rather beat-up Ziploc bag. Surprisingly, as the toy is a bit on the expensive side, you’d think they could have spent a couple of extra cents on better-quality packaging.

A pleasantly surprising feature of this is that, though there is a single snap on either side of each ball, they are designed to stay in place firmly. Because of this, you are not likely to worry about any of the three differently sized balls unexpectedly coming loose.
The balls are also hollow, so comfortably lightweight, and have breathing holes, so those gagged will probably not find their breathing excessively impaired. A great and crucial feature, it’s something every gag toy should—or rather definitely must have. It’s also why I have given Fetish Fantasy Ball Gag Training System such a high mark, as while it has room for improvement, it’s safer than far too many gags on the market today.
My Personal Experience
As a professional sex toy reviewer, BDSM educator, and a nearly forty-plus-year member of the kink community, I always place the safety of those I play with above everything else. In short, nothing—ever—should restrict someone’s breathing… even for a few very short seconds.

The Fetish Fantasy Ball Gag Training System is created around the idea of being able to quickly and effortlessly exchange any of its small, medium, or large gag balls. Alone, this elevates it far above most other gags, which tend to offer only a single-sized one. The result is that if you have a mouth that’s larger or smaller, you might find it less than pleasant to use.
The collar can be adjusted via its buckle, which, oddly, has 10 sizing holes. I say “oddly” as it’s tightest, as I doubt there’s anyone on earth with a head that ridiculously tiny. Another negative is that the buckle’s prong is frustratingly thin. So much so, it can be way too challenging to get it into any of the belt’s holes. Playing with it made me long for other gags that use slots and far thicker prongs.

Fetish Fantasy Ball Gag Training System is made from natural leather and some sort of cheapish metal for its buckles and snaps. The balls themselves appear to be fashioned from a supposedly body-safe hard plastic. As I mentioned previously, though the snaps are firm and nicely sturdy, the gags are. Other parts—while not enough to make me not recommend the toy as a whole—seem less durable.
Build Quality and Dimensions
With the biggest of its three balls in place, the Fetish Fantasy Ball Gag Training System stretches to nearly twenty-eight inches from one end to the other. The smallest ball measures an inch and a quarter in diameter, the medium an inch and a half, and the largest about an inch and three-quarters. The strap’s width is around an inch, and as near as I can determine, it is around one-sixteenth of an inch thick.
As far as its general quality, on a scale of one to ten, I’d have to give the Fetish Fantasy Ball Gag Training System a generous seven. Though playing with it was enjoyable, my partner and I kept thinking it would have been a hands-down superior experience if the manufacturer had gone the extra mile. Case in point, the balls are not stuffed and are not flexible. Likewise, the metal fittings were thinly made and annoyingly fiddly to use. Plus, its leather parts should have been thicker, as I was concerned they might tear if too much force were applied.
Ease of Use
For what it’s made to do, the Fetish Fantasy Ball Gag Training System is really simple and nearly effortless to use. Yes, as I said, the buckle shouldn’t be so difficult to use, but swapping one ball for a differently sized one is a piece of kinky cake. It’s just a matter of unsnapping whichever one’s in place and, as fast as you can say “that was fast,” you can replace it with whichever one you want.
Versatility
Within how it was designed and manufactured, this product is perfectly versatile as a great way for people to get into the pleasures of playing with these sorts of kinky toys. Though beyond it being a gag with three replaceable balls, it’s not something you or anyone else should use for other BDSM activities. Is the Fetish Fantasy Ball Gag Training System totally, completely perfect and well worth its $28.99 price tag? The answer is… sort of? I mean, I had loads of hot, sexy fun fooling around with its three different balls—all of which made it so that my partner and I had no trouble breathing. As well and good, but after thinking about it, I can’t honestly give it a wholly stellar review. I mean, I would if the balls weren’t made from low-quality plastic, the leather wasn’t so thin, and the metal parts didn’t feel so subpar.

Putting all this together, I sincerely did enjoy playing with the Fetish Fantasy Ball Gag Training System, and with that in mind, earnestly suggest anyone even remotely curious about gags get a hold of one. Comfortable, versatile, and not without a certain black leather allure, it’s got a lot of good things going for it.
But is it the best of the best of the best? It’s no surprise that, when all’s said and done, I can’t give it a resoundingly positive score, as it could definitely be improved.
