The Womanizer Blend mixes business (G-spot stimulation) with pleasure (clitoral suction). This vibe is meant to help you learn how to have a blended orgasm, which is a G-spot and clitoral orgasm at the same time. With two motors that you can control separately wrapped in newly environmentally friendly packaging, this toy offers a promising opportunity to get off in a new way. If you want more than one orgasm in the mix, is the Blend what you should choose? Find out in my review!
Because I’m so slow to climax, I was over the moon to test out the Womanizer Blend. So many dual-stim devices don’t have separate motors, and even when they do, you aren’t always able to operate them separately. The Blend does both, so I could start with heavy-hitting G-spot vibes and the barest minimum of clitoral suction. The wide range of power and the ability to have separate controls made having a blended orgasm a reality for me. I didn’t squirt when using this, as the internal G-spot pressure wasn’t quite enough, but I think others may have a more sensitive G-spot than I do.
Overall, I think it’s an absolute steal for costing just $119!
Who Is This For? This dual-stimulation device is for anyone who wants to learn to have a blended orgasm and has different levels of intensity tolerance between their clitoris and G-spot. If you already know you love clitoral suction, this is your chance to try squirting! Those who need a slower buildup before they can reach G-spot orgasm may be better off trying a dual-stimulation device with clitoral vibration, as the orgasms don’t come so fast. The value for quality is incredible, and it might be your gateway to squirting.
Who Is This Not For? The Womanizer Blend is not for size queens (the internal arm is on the smaller side), anyone who wants app control (keep looking if you’re in a long-distance relationship), or someone who wants all the features (try the Womanizer Duo 2 instead). If you don’t like clitoral suction, this one won’t change your mind, and if you’re unsure, you should start with a cheaper toy so you don’t end up with an expensive disappointment. And those who need a slower buildup before they can reach G-spot orgasm may be better off trying a dual-stimulation device with clitoral vibration, as the orgasms don’t come so fast.

What Is the Womanizer Blend?
The Womanizer Blend is a rabbit-style vibrator that stimulates your G-spot with vibration and your clit with suction. So, what makes it stand out from the rest? First, it has two motors for extra power and the ability to control them separately. If you like light suction but heavy-hitting vibrations, you can have it your way. Bonus: it is rather inexpensive compared with other devices of the same ilk. All the features make this an excellent choice to learn how to have a blended orgasm or even squirt.
First Impressions and Features
Unboxing
Womanizer delivers a solid unboxing experience. The packaging is discreet. No one will think twice about the boring brown box delivered to your door. Inside, the Blend’s box is pretty and sturdy. My box matched the color of the vibe, which was a nice touch and helpful for remembering which toy to keep where (I have a ridiculous number of sex toys, to be fair, so this may not be a common problem). The vibrator is packed with care and won’t get rattled during shipping, so if you are sending this off as a gift, you can rest assured that it will arrive intact. All this, and they made their packaging more eco-friendly! 10/10, would unbox again.
We all know it’s what’s on the inside that counts, and inside this eco-friendly stunner is the dual stimulator, a quick start guide, safety information, and a USB charging cable. It also comes with a little business card that says #IMasturbate. Do I masturbate? Yes. Do I need a business card about it? Also yes. This odd little addition is something Womanizer has been including with its sex toys for years, and I’m here for it.
I do wish it came with a storage bag and a sample packet of lube—those are the only two things missing from an otherwise stellar unboxing experience.

How Do I Use the Womanizer Blend?
Learning to use the Womanizer Blend is relatively easy. After unboxing the Blend, charge it and then wash it. Align the magnetic charging pins with the corresponding side of the charger. You’ll know it’s getting the juice when the LED lights begin to flash. Once the Blend finishes charging, the light will be steady. The manual estimated that the Blend would last 90 minutes on a full charge and take 90 minutes to charge. When I tested the battery, it lasted two hours and twenty-five minutes on a full charge and took 88 minutes to charge. That’s a great charge time to use time ratio, especially for a toy with two motors.
Since it’s waterproof, you can wash this vibe with abandon. Remove the nozzle and wash it with warm water and antibacterial soap or sex toy cleanser. Then, repeat the process with the rest of the stimulator, using a toothbrush to get into the crevices. Dry it off with a lint-proof towel or allow it to air dry.
Next, check out the safety information and quick start guide. Most people find the safety information to be a snooze, but you must take out any genital piercings before using a suction toy and not use the Blend anally. It also says to prevent stains, to not place the soft side of the product on an absorbent surface, which doesn’t make a ton of sense. The Blend doesn’t have a soft side—it’s uniformly soft on all sides. Lastly, the safety info suggests charging the Blend frequently, even if you don’t plan to use it, to keep the battery in the best possible shape.
Grab some water-based lube (steer clear of anything with silicone listed as an ingredient) and lube up your vulva, the internal arm, and the clitoral nozzle. Insert the vibrating arm until it comfortably rubs up against your G-spot, then place the clitoral nozzle around your clitoris until it’s fully sealed in. Pro-tip: put down a towel, as some people squirt when they have a blended orgasm, and you don’t want to have to try to dry out your mattress.
The Blend has three buttons, a plus, a minus, and a diamond-shaped button above the minus. Pressing the plus button for a couple of seconds turns the Pleasure Air on; pressing the minus button for a couple of seconds turns it off. Pressing the diamond button for a couple of seconds turns on the G-spot vibrations; briefly pressing it guides you through the modes. Though the plus and minus buttons are raised and easy to locate, the diamond button is frustratingly flat. There are eight intensity levels to try, so go crazy.
My advice is to get turned on before you get started—so read some spicy stories, watch an adult film, or do whatever it is that gets you in the mood. Then start on the lowest setting that feels good. If you usually have clitoral orgasms, pump up the G-spot vibrations first. If you usually have G-spot orgasms, get that suction going. Having a blended orgasm takes practice, but you can get there—and the Blend can help!
When you’re done, wash the toy and store it in a makeup bag or back in the box. Don’t forget to wash the Womanizer Blend again before using it next time.

My Personal Experience
I am a slow orgasmer. I understand that this is a common issue for people with vulvas, but that doesn’t make it any less infuriating. Any stimulation that rushes me will inevitably turn into pain, so this is something I work around. I typically have to find ways to tinker with the timing of dual-stim devices, especially those with clitoral suction and G-spot vibration. Clitoral suction is fast and intense, and G-spot vibration is slow in my case. To have a blended orgasm, I start with the G-spot vibration well in advance of any clitoral suction, or I’ll blow my wad too soon, literally.

Packaging
I’m so thrilled that the Womanizer packaging of the Blend is more eco-friendly. The box it comes in (image below) is almost plastic-free and it’s made of plant fibers. When you’re done with it, you can toss it into wherever you recycle paper. This is a massive upgrade and I couldn’t be happier with the packaging.
Design
The Womanizer Blend is cute enough that it doesn’t blend in (see what I did there) with many of the other comparable products in the industry. It’s pretty and comes in three colors, though I’m a little confused as to why two of the three colors available are shades of pink.
The size is not adjustable so if you have a lengthy space between your vaginal entry and clitoris, this may not fit you. I’m still hoping that someday, a brand will make a customizable dual-stimulation vibrator that you can adjust so that it will fit all bodies with vulvas.
While it is flexible, it’s not posable, so it won’t stay in a certain position and will bend with any pressure you put on it. I ended up holding it in place, which is what I typically have to do with vibrators. But if you’re expecting a hands-free vibe, this is not it, but you can easily use it one-handed.
Material
The Womanizer Blend is made from body-safe, IPX7 waterproof materials like ABS plastic and silicone. It feels high-end like it’s made to last. It also is the type of silicone that loves to attract dust and dirt, so you’ll want to keep this somewhere safe.
Thanks to the waterproof materials, the Womanizer Blend would be a cinch to clean except for the many deep seams in the toy, including around the buttons, the nozzle, and the magnetic charging pins. However, there is an upside to the seams: they can make the buttons easy to find by feel so that you don’t have to stop what you’re doing and look to change a setting.
Stimulations
I was pleasantly surprised by how rumbly the lowest vibrations were and how strong the buzzy, fast vibrations were. The blend offers powerful sensations at both ends of the spectrum!
The Pleasure Air suction vibes start very gently, which is a massive plus for me. It is comfortable to use without being overwhelming. But as you increase the intensity, they feel much thuddier. However, overall, the suction is much more gentle than some other air-pulse-based vibrators I’ve tried, and I think that’s an essential feature for a device that will guide you toward a blended orgasm. Too much intensity won’t allow you to get warmed up enough to have a simultaneous G-spot and clitoral orgasm, so the range of intensities was thoughtful.
Build Quality and Dimensions
You never have to worry about Womanizer’s build quality. It is always good. The brand is established, and I have never purchased anything from them that felt cheaply made or fragile.
The dimensions are average or perhaps a little small for an internal stimulator. I wish there was a way to make devices like this a bit more customizable so that they would fit different body sizes. But as is, thanks to the flexibility it should reach from most G-spots to most clitorises. If you have had trouble with toys reaching in the past, check the measurements to ensure this will work for you.
Ease of Use
The Womanizer Blend is easy to use straight out of the box. There are only three buttons to learn, and it is small enough that positioning it comfortably will be easy if you have used internal sex toys before.
However, having a blended orgasm takes a lot of practice. If you have never had one before, plan on trying several times before even coming close. Everyone’s anatomy is different, so giving yourself time to learn a new skill is crucial. Coming in with a goal of having a blended orgasm immediately isn’t realistic, and goal-oriented masturbation is just less fun. Try to give yourself some time before you expect a blended orgasm.
Sound Level
I’ve used much louder dual-stimulation devices. The Womanizer Blend is not on the noisier end of the spectrum, but if you have thin walls, you should plan on turning music on. When I tested the sound level, it ranged from 46 to 65 decibels.
Versatility
I’m super impressed by the versatility. It can be used purely as a clitoral suction device, a G-spot vibrator, or even a clitoral vibrator if that’s more your speed. You can use the functions together for a more intense experience. The range of stimulations is broad and will appeal to many, yet it felt gentler than many other suction vibes to me.
However, it’s the current year, so some points must be docked since this vibe is not app-compatible. There’s no remote control, it’s not hands-free (though it can be used one-handed), and it’s not an ideal toy to use during partnered sex.
Warranty and Support
Womanizer offers a five-year warranty on the Blend, plus a 100-day pleasure guarantee. This is clearly a company that cares about your pleasure and long-term satisfaction with this device.
Minor Issues I Found During Testing
For the price, you can’t ask for more. However, I wish it came with a storage bag, and app compatibility would make it more useful and modern, too. I also would like the diamond button to be raised to make it easier to find mid-masturbation session. Other than that? Perfection.

Review Summary
Learning how to have a blended orgasm is fun, and the Womanizer Blend is an incredible teacher. This might be the best dual-stimulation toy for learning to have a blended orgasm that I’ve ever tried.
Pros

- Packaging design reduces waste
- Versatile; motors can be used separately
- Only costs $119
- Can help you learn to have a blended orgasm or squirt
Cons
- No storage bag or app compatibility
Alternatives to the Womanizer Blend
Womanizer Duo 2
The Womanizer Duo 2 has a lot in common with the Blend: they’re both rabbit vibrators designed to teach you how to have a blended orgasm, and both have motors that you can operate separately. But the Duo 2 has a few features that the Blend is missing, and it also comes with a higher price tag. The Duo 2’s suction felt thuddier, so I preferred the Blend’s stimulations.
The Duo 2 comes with different clitoral nozzle sizes so that you can find a more comfortable fit. It also has the Afterglow feature, which allows you to tap a button as you reach orgasm so you don’t get overstimulated—which can help you have multiple orgasms in one go. Next, it has Smart Silence, which turns the vibrator off as soon as it’s not touching your skin—a feature I found more irritating than helpful, so I did not miss it.
The Duo 2 has five buttons, so the Blend is easier to learn to use. The Duo 2 also has a storage bag, a small but handy addition, and it comes in five colors. Bottom line: if you want more features and a more luxurious experience, the Duo 2 is the way to go. The Duo 2 retails for $219.

LELO Enigma and Enigma Wave
The LELO Enigma is a rabbit vibrator with clitoral suction and internal vibration (or wave motion, a fingering-like sensation that I find mind-blowing on the aptly named Enigma Wave). It’s the prettier toy, but it’s also the more expensive choice. LELO also wins the prize for best unboxing because their packaging is an absolute dream, although I wish their packaging were more eco-friendly.
You can’t purchase additional sizes of nozzles with LELO—there is only one size. Worse yet, you can’t operate the clitoral suction and the internal stimulation separately, so this won’t be nearly as easy for someone who wants to have a blended orgasm. Your G-spot should be roughly as sensitive as your clit, because when you turn the intensity up or down, both sensations are changed.
Overall, the price of the Blend and its versatility make it the better choice for anyone seeking a blended orgasm over a luxurious experience. The wave-motion technology is worth trying and Womanizer doesn’t offer anything like it.

Womanizer InsideOut
The InsideOut is another rabbit vibe by Womanizer geared toward blended orgasms. It came before the Duo 2, which came before the Blend. The InsideOut has a lot of power, like the Duo 2, but is better for those on a budget, like the Blend. It has five buttons, which is a lot for a vibrator with no patterns, and so I think the Blend is much easier to use. You can remember the buttons better and won’t get frustrated as you reach climax trying to take things up a notch. It retails for $159 but is often on sale for much less.
The InsideOut has twelve intensity levels, so if you never use the patterns, this has a larger spectrum of intensities and might be the better purchase. For the price, I would buy the Blend every time.
