This is the Swiss Army Knife of vulva toys: suction, clitoral stimulation, and vibration. Fantasy For Her’s Her Ultimate Pleasure includes a suction cup (actually two, so you can choose which one fits better) with a mechanical tongue, plus a vibrating handle with a rounded tip that works for both targeted clitoral stimulation and G-spot stimulation. All of these functions operate independently, so you can mix and match as you choose.
The suction cups are TPE and the tongue and handle are silicone. The toy is rechargeable through a magnetic USB connector. First Impressions and Features
Unboxing
Overall, the packaging is fine and functional. The box is sturdy and nicely printed; there’s enough information on the box to make a decision if you’re shopping in person. It obviously leaves no doubt that it’s a sex toy, but it’s reasonably discreet (no phallic images or lingerie-clad models).
The pump and all its parts are packed neatly but there is no storage pouch or any other amenities (we don’t want to seem greedy, but in the triple-digit price range, these little goodies are often included). There also is no user guide, and this is a larger oversight considering that Fantasy For Her’s Her Ultimate Pleasure has a lot going on.

We do have to say that Fantasy For Her’s Her Ultimate Pleasure looks better than it feels. The TPE tongue sleeves have a slightly sticky, jelly-like feel and the finish on a few pieces were lacking — one cup had a scratch, there was an errant bleb of silicone on the tongue base, and some seams were not smooth.

How to Use Fantasy For Her’s Her Ultimate Pleasure
- There is a fair amount of trial and error here, so if you think that you’re going to open the box and get down to business right away, you may want to recalibrate those expectations. First, you need to choose your tongue texture sleeve and suction cup (you get two choices for each). The tongue sleeve is obviously a matter of personal preference.
- The suction cup needs to seal securely. We think that most people with vulvas will do better with the oval cup covering the labia and clitoris, but this is definitely something that you need to try on to be sure. If you plan to use clitoral stimulation, which is kind of the point of Fantasy For Her’s Her Ultimate Pleasure, you’ll also want to ensure that the tongue is aligned with your clitoris.

My Personal Experience
Have you ever known someone who looked super slick even though the bootleg designer threads weren’t quite right, and pinning him down for a date was way more work than it should have been, but he was a magic man with magic hands? Of course not. Me neither. But if I had, I imagine that the experience would be a lot like Fantasy For Her’s Her Ultimate Pleasure.
I’m a veteran sex toy tester, so I figured that I’d be fine starting off with the suction-and-tongue combination — but I felt like I’d met my match. Don’t get me wrong; it was good and it did what it should. But it was almost too bold, especially in the beginning.
The vibrating handle was much less dramatic. It’s a little buzzy as opposed to rumbly, but perfectly adequate. The insertable length is under 5.5”, so not everyone is going to manage G-spot stimulation with it. It’s a perfectly adequate little vibrator, and it’s a nice add-on to the suction and tongue, but there’s not much else to say about it.
Ease of Use
It’s not intuitive and there is no user guide. That’s not a great combination. And even after we figured out what went where and what buttons to push, it took a few tries to get it just right.
Fantasy For Her’s Her Ultimate Pleasure provides two sizes of suction cups, and you’ll need to determine which one fits you best. You’ll also need to figure out how to position the cup of your choice so that there’s a tight seal (a little water-based lube helps) *and* the tongue lines up with its target.

Versatility

Because the vibrator is in the handle, you can’t really combine it with the suction or the tongue, and we think that the selling point is the ability to (almost) overwhelm your system with different sensations. But the fact that it’s there and available does make this toy even more versatile.
You also get two suction cups to choose from. We think that the oval cup will be a better fit for most vulvas, but you can use the round cup on your (or your partner’s) nipples for yet another way to play. You also get two TPE sleeves so you can choose what texture you want for the tongue.
Warranty and Support
Pipedream offers a standard one-year warranty for Fantasy For Her’s Her Ultimate Pleasure. If you purchase yours from an authorized retailer, you may receive additional protection. While we had some quibbles with the finish on our product, it worked fine and we don’t anticipate needing support here.
Minor Issues I Found While Testing
We’ve already said it, but the finish on Fantasy For Her’s Her Ultimate Pleasure was a bit sloppy. It didn’t affect use in any way, but we expect better from a toy that’s well north of the hundred-dollar mark.
We have also called out the lack of a user guide/instruction manual. This toy is complicated with a lot of moving parts. Even if Pipedream had included instructions, however, it still would have taken a few tries to get it right. This is not a starter toy!
It’s also not the easiest toy to clean. As already mentioned, you’ve got a lot of moving parts. You also have curves and crevices, and materials with different textures. The whole thing is splashproof, which we appreciate, so it can be cleaned with gentle soap and water, but it’s still a process.
