Wand lovers and technophiles take heed: the Kiiroo ProWand combines the indescribable power of a wand with a sex toy that’s app-compatible and ready for customization. It’s not just a vibrator; it’s a feast for the senses. Customizable vibration patterns and a personalized LED light show mean a more immersive and sexier experience. The device is a hit with cammers and people in long-distance relationships, thanks to the app.
But I wanted to know: does an app pair well with a wand? Did it work reliably? Find out alongside me in my Kiiroo ProWand review!
ProWand has much to offer those new to the camming scene. There’s not a more affordable app-compatible wand that we’ve encountered, and the LED light show adds a fun and addicting element to sex. The app takes time to learn and sometimes doesn’t behave how you want it to. If you don’t mind learning how to use the vibrator and persevering through some difficulty with the app, the payoff can be worth the effort.
Who Should Try It? Cammers who are wand enthusiasts should give this a go. New cammers will especially enjoy the price of this sex toy as well as its versatility.
Who Can Skip It? If you don’t like clitoral vibration or would never want to fiddle around learning an app, you can skip this. Professional cammers should choose a sex toy/app combo with better connectivity that’s more intuitive to use, like the Lovense Domi 2.
You Can Buy It on the official Kiiroo website for $99.

What Is the Kiiroo ProWand?
The Kiiroo ProWand is a wand vibrator that’s app-compatible, small, and perfect for travel. It’s waterproof, quiet, and discreet, but what’s most interesting is the LED light show that you can utilize. The LED light show can make solo play more immersive, partnered play more visible, and camming more fun to tip. You can even sync it to your partner’s Kiiroo toy, making long-distance sex feel closer than ever. This vibe encourages you to use your imagination to dream up new rhythms, play with your partner virtually, and choose a light show that reflects your personality.
First Impressions and Features
Unboxing
The unboxing experience is minimal but charming. The vibrating wand comes in a thin cardboard box that contains the wand and a charging cord, and that’s it (You can see the items in the image below). You’ll want to grab a storage bag and lube separately before you intend to play. There’s no user manual included; for that, you’ll want to visit the Kiiroo site. Strangely, the manual isn’t on the ProWand’s webpage, but you can find it if you go to the warranty, and then click user guides, and then find the ProWand user guide. It wasn’t the easiest to dig up, but it is worth perusing since it contained necessary information for using the wand.

How Do I Use the Kiiroo ProWand?
After you’ve taken your purchase out of the box, it’s time to charge it. The box the Kiiroo ProWand came in said it would last up to five hours; the website said it would last up to ten and take four hours to charge. That’s a large discrepancy, so I was interested to find out which was correct. When I tested the battery, it lasted three hours on a full charge and took an hour and a half to return to a full charge. You’ll know it’s done charging when the LED light stays lit up green. The potential for a four-hour charge time means this is one you’ll want to plug in overnight after using.
Once the toy is fully charged, it’s time to sanitize it. Wash it with warm water and antibacterial soap or your favorite sex toy cleaner. The ProWand is waterproof, so you don’t have to be too precious about how you wash it. Then, register your device at the Kiiroo website to activate your one-year warranty.
Next, note the three-button interface on the front of the vibrator. There’s a power button, a plus button, and a minus button. Pressing the power button for four seconds turns the vibe on, and the color it blinks corresponds primarily to how much battery life you have left. The vibrator automatically enters Bluetooth mode once you’ve turned it on, and you can tell by the blue light at the bottom (as seen in the below image).
If you haven’t already, download the FeelConnect app and open it on your phone. Pressing the plus button on the home screen will allow the app to search for your vibrator so you can connect it. If it doesn’t work the first time, try again, as sometimes it takes a few tries to connect. Once in the app, you can customize the light show, which automatically syncs with the vibrations. If you want to test your connection, press “test your device.” Then, explore the app and try different patterns, or connect with your partner.
If you’d rather use this vibe manually rather than with the app, press the power button briefly to enter manual mode. With the buttons, you have access to the six preset settings, including steady vibration and five other patterns. Quickly double-clicking the power button pauses the vibrations. Double-clicking again will restart the vibrations. If you need to reset your ProWand, hold the power button down for ten seconds, but note that your customized settings will return to the factory default. To try out the six patterns, click the power button briefly. The plus and minus buttons will alter the vibrational intensity. Hold the power button down for a few seconds to turn it off.
After you’re done playing, wash and then store the ProWand in a larger makeup bag to protect it from the elements. Don’t keep it next to other silicone toys as this can damage the body-safe exterior.
My Personal Experience
I’d never tried an interactive, app-compatible wand before, so I was thrilled to have a new sex toy experience on my hands. Most of the app-compatible sex toys I’ve tried are wearable or hands-free, so I was excited to find out if it was interesting or unwieldy to have someone control the wand from afar. After trying it, I found it to be just as much fun to hand control over to someone else with a wand as it was the hands-free devices.
When I tested the battery, I underwent a couple of strange incidents. First, the settings kept changing randomly, and it would go from the lowest setting buzz to a pattern. Then, while it was charging, it turned on and wouldn’t turn off. It just kept loudly vibrating for hours until I put it to bed in the guest room. I have always wanted a haunted vibrator, but I had hoped it wouldn’t keep me up all night!
I contacted customer support to find out if others have experienced the same problem and what to do, and they have not responded as of the time of writing. This episode was a little disappointing because I’m a pretty easy sell on wands. I love them, as long as they turn on and off on command—and this one had trouble with even that.
Other than the wonky buttons and occasional trouble with app connectivity, I was able to appreciate the strong, rumbly vibrations and soft design of this vibe. It was much smaller than some of my other wands, so I plan to use it for travel.
Packaging
Kiiroo’s ProWand packaging was no-frills, but that’s how I like it when I’m footing the bill. As you can see in the image below, it comes in a thin, white cardboard box, like a container of bandages. You won’t be able to store your wand inside because it’s not sturdy enough, so this is a sex toy that you’ll need to buy a bag for. It’s what I would expect for an under-$100 wand.
Design
I love the ProWand’s design. It’s not as heavy or clunky as some wands I’ve tried, and the combination of rose gold ABS plastic and light pink silicone looks gorgeous. It has a prettier and more modern aesthetic than many other wands on the market.
The neck is flexible but doesn’t feel overly breakable, which is a plus. The longer head is excellent because you can press it against you lengthwise if you want stimulations all over or use the tip if you’re going to pinpoint a certain pleasure spot.
The buttons are easy to press—perhaps too easy to press. When I was testing the battery, I accidentally changed the setting a few times when I moved the wand from room to room (You can see a closeup of the control buttons in the image above).
Material
The website says that the ProWand is a mix of ABS plastic and body-friendly silicone. I’m not sure what the difference between body-friendly and body-safe is, but my massively sensitive skin had no problem using this one. And it’s my favorite type of silicone. I’m unsure how they treat the silicone to make it so squishy and soft, but it feels great. I couldn’t stop touching it the whole time. It’s not as firm as some silicone, and I can’t get enough of the gentler feel.
Stimulations
I’m always surprised by how much power modern wands can pack, even when they’re cordless, and this wand is a perfect example of that. The stimulations start on low at a pleasant rumble and get more powerful and buzzy as you increase them. It was quite easy for me to get off at both ends of the spectrum, and it even works well as a muscle massager.
Sound Level
The website suggested that the sound level would be quite low indeed, never rising above 20 decibels. If this had been the case, it would have been one of the quietest sex toys I’ve ever used, let alone the quietest wand! The noise in my house (traffic, laundry, neighbors) typically exceeds 20 decibels, so I was interested in determining if the wand lived up to its claims. When I tested it, the decibels ranged from 46 to 61. The amount of rumble provided far exceeded the noise, so you’re getting more power than sound.
Build Quality and Dimensions
The build quality is excellent and feels durable. However, there are ridges on the back of the wand and deep seams between the silicone and ABS plastic. These dust-attracting pockets will make it more difficult to clean.
This wand is smaller than most of my wands, perfect for slipping into a large shoulder bag for on-the-go play. It’s lightweight, so it’s easier to handle during longer masturbation sessions (You can see how it compares size-wise with Dame Com and Magic Wand above).
The App
The FeelConnect app (image below) gets better each time I use it, yet it still appears to be a work in progress. The ProWand does, too. It’s not as reliable as most other wands I own, and you have to fiddle with it sometimes to get it to work correctly. This is my experience with the Kiiroo app, as well.
There are several platforms that you can use with the ProWand, and FeelConnect is just one of them. This app is where you can transfer control to your partner, turn the LED light setting off, or create your own patterns. Touch Control gives you the power to use the vibrator essentially hands-free, and Patterns is where you can create a unique rhythm. Clap control syncs the vibrations to claps, which is one of the stranger settings I’ve encountered, though I wouldn’t turn down applause next time I masturbate. It works intermittently, as you can see in the YouTube video below. And device to device is where you can sync your wand vibrator to your partner’s Kiiroo toy, whatever that may be. Interact allows you to find friends and play together, though notably, the app didn’t save my partner from our last time playing. So you may need to add your friends each time you play. I’m honestly unsure if this is a feature (for privacy reasons) or a bug (for hassle reasons).
Cammers will want to use FeelPerformer and FeelHubX to make their private pleasure public for pay. The LED light show offers an extra incentive for your fans to tip and engage with your content.
My overall experience with the app was that it had better connectivity but didn’t always respond to my commands in real time, which is disappointing.
Ease of Use
The Kiiroo ProWand isn’t 100% intuitive, so it may take some time before you master it and can masturbate with your eyes closed. For instance, I would have never guessed that double-clicking the power button would pause and resume vibrations, nor would I have assumed that the first color that lights up represents the battery level, and the second indicates that it’s ready for Bluetooth pairing. I also wouldn’t have guessed that the power button takes you through patterns when clicked briefly. With so many nuances to learn, I wish that a user manual had been provided or that it was easier to find on their website.
There’s a color scheme for you to learn. A blinking blue light means it’s in Bluetooth mode, a steady green light means it’s fully charged (image above), and purple means it’s in manual mode. Vibrations put on pause will give you a blinking purple light. It wasn’t clear to me why someone would want to pause their vibe rather than turn it off. Red means 20% or less battery (image below), orange is between 20 and 50% battery, yellow is between 50-80%, and 80% or more will flash green.
Since the vibrator’s buttons sometimes didn’t respond when I pushed them, this gets a medium-low ease of use score.
Versatility
People buy app-controlled sex toys for a couple of reasons. They may need something hands-free so they can use two devices at once or because they have grip issues, or perhaps they want to connect with long-distance partners. But you can’t use two devices at once if it’s not hands-free, and I worried that this would curtail its versatility. I decided to see if I could use this as a hands-free toy. I was able to keep it securely in place by squeezing my thighs together, but it wasn’t super sturdy, especially if I needed to change positions. It’s not wearable, so it’s not a true hands-free vibrator. But it will work in a pinch, meaning that the app will help people who want something at least moderately effective when used hands-free.
This wand vibe gets half points for versatility. On the one hand, it’s waterproof, so it can go anywhere. The app compatibility makes it perfect for long-distance couples and excellent for new cammers. It has a light show, and you can customize the settings, making the masturbatory experience truly your own. However, if you don’t like clitoral vibration, you won’t enjoy this wand. It’s a one-trick pony. It is not meant for internal use but it excels at rumbly clitoral vibrations.
Warranty and Support
Kiiroo offers a one-year warranty on its products that covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Minor Issues I Found During Testing
The Kiiroo ProWand vibrator is a device that will take some effort on your part to get the most out of. Reading the manuals, understanding the color scheme, and learning how to use the app before getting started can help you have the most fun with this vibrator, but the learning curve may be too much for some.

Alternatives to the Kiiroo ProWand
Lovense Domi 2
I sing the praises of the Lovense app as often as I can. If you want a wand with an unbeatable app, spending an extra $40 on the Lovense Domi 2 is well worth it. The Lovense app is easy to use, intuitive, and makes camming a cinch. It’s not waterproof, so it will be more finicky to clean, and it can’t come into the tub with you. It’s a mini wand, meaning the power will be notably less. But it will still be quite a bit more intense than other types of vibes, like bullets or lipstick vibes. Lastly, the Domi 2 is black and silver and has a more sophisticated look than the ProWand, but the silicone isn’t quite as squishy. You can grab one for $140.
You can read more about Domi 2 in our review.
Dame Com
Dame Com is another wand vibe that’s powerful, waterproof, and ergonomically angled for easy handling. It’s more powerful than the ProWand but less than the Magic Wand, so it’s medium in terms of intensity. However, it’s easy to clean, soft, pretty, and lasts forever. The Dame is a bit louder, but that is thanks to the power upgrade. It’s not app-compatible, but it’s the right choice for someone looking for a mid-grade wand that’s perfect for travel and is affordable. The Dame Com can be yours for $90.
You can read my Dame Com review in this article.
Magic Wand Rechargeable
The Magic Wand Rechargeable packs the most power of any battery-powered wand I’ve tried. It’s cordless, so you don’t have to be connected to a wall, but it still is nearly as intense as its foremothers. The aesthetic is far less sexy, and it is not app-compatible, so it won’t work for long-distance couples or as a hands-free toy. But anyone who needs power more than technology will be pleasantly surprised by the strength of the Magic Wand Rechargeable. The Magic Wand Rechargeable will set you back $150.
