The MYLO Earth is nothing if not luxurious. From its packaging to its color scheme to its website design, this vibrator seems built for maximum self-care indulgence. But is this toy only about the aesthetics and #vibes, or does it actually work as well as it looks? Read my review of the MYLO to find out.
I was blown away by almost every aspect of MYLO Earth. The 3-in-1 gimmick seemed a bit too good to be true, but I have to say that all three elements worked (and sometimes worked together) really well. The button system was incredibly intuitive, and it avoided a lot of the problems inherent in products that do double (let alone triple) duty. If you want to upgrade your self-care routine into something magical, or give someone the best gift ever for the holidays, then the MYLO is the vibrator for you.
Who Should Try It? Since MYLO Earth has three different aspects to it, I’m tempted to recommend it to just about anyone, assuming it’s within your budget. The vibes are pleasurable without being too powerful, and it looks absolutely gorgeous without being either too cutesy or too boringly sophisticated (or is that sophisticatedly boring?).
Who Can Skip It? MYLO Earth is not cheap, so if you don’t envision yourself taking advantage of all three elements, then you might be better off with another toy that’s a little simpler and more specific to your taste. It’s also pretty large, and not all that quiet, so if you need a discreet toy, look elsewhere.

What Is The MYLO Earth?
The MYLO Earth is part of MYLO’s Elements collection. Each sex toy has a different color scheme and description (the Earth is designed for those who are “drawn to pleasure that feels warm, restorative, and beautifully centered”, while the Air is for those who are “drawn to pleasure that feels gentle, liberating, and deeply intuitive”), but they are all the exact same toy.
MYLO Earth is designed to have three elements (see what I did there?) in one: two external vibes, and one internal. At first I was a little skeptical that two external vibes were necessary, especially since the tendril near the bottom cannot be used like a rabbit toy attachment. However, I quickly realized how great that little tendril could be…but more on that later.
First Impressions and Features
Unboxing
Luxury is really the only word that comes to mind when it comes to the unboxing experience. MYLO Earth comes in a pretty basic, if quite large, cardboard box. But when you open that box, there’s another, much thicker, box inside. To open it, pull open the flaps on top to reveal the toy inside, then open the drawer on the bottom (complete with a little ribbon handle) to get the extras (charging cable, instruction manual, and bag).
As I say, the packaging on this toy was absolutely beautiful and…how many synonyms are there for “luxurious”? Because I’ll need them all. Opening this toy felt like such a treat, and while I normally don’t consider a toy’s “giftable” factor as an important aspect, if you give your partner this toy, they’re going to be seriously impressed!

How Do I Use The MYLO Earth?
- Charge up the toy with the included magnetic charging cable. 90 minutes of charge time should give you up to 40 minutes of continuous use.
- Press the middle button to turn it on (lights will illuminate)
- To use the wand head, press and hold the top button (closest to the wand head)
- To cycle through the stimulations, continue pressing the button
- For each element of the toy, stimulations will stop after reaching the 7th mode. Pressing the button again will make it go back to the 1st mode.
- To use the internal dildo, press the middle button again (do not long hold—that will turn the whole toy off)
- To cycle through the stimulations, continue pressing the button
- To use the external tendril, long hold the bottom button and continue pressing it to cycle through vibration modes
- To turn the toy off, long hold the middle button.
My Personal Experience
Design
This 3-in-1 design is definitely the most interesting thing about it. I’ve enjoyed plenty of 2-in-1 toys before, but the extra “tendril” as they call it was new to me. At first, I thought its placement was a design flaw. Since it’s located at the back of the dildo, it means that it can’t be used like a rabbit toy. And while it does fit flat against the dildo portion of the toy, thanks to a hollowed-out section, it still feels a little weird inserting the dildo with the little tendril inside it.
However, letting the tendril hang out was the game-changer for me (you can see it extended below). Dangling down from the dildo portion, it nestles quite nicely between your bum cheeks. Turning on the tendril’s stimulations while it’s in that position definitely adds some unique sensations as it vibrates against (against—this is very much an external toy) you.
MYLO had other little details that added to its overall appeal, namely the textured surface of the wand head and the little bump on the internal dildo. Needless to say, it looks gorgeous, with the green color grading. It’s also easy to hold, no matter which component you’re using.
Material
The silicone is extremely soft and luxurious. It isn’t squishy, however. The tendril is quite flexible, yet heavy enough to be held in place by its own gravity (i.e., you don’t have to put your hands directly on the part that’s vibrating the most in order to hold it in place). The round wand head is a little bit flexible, but the internal dildo is quite rigid.
Stimulations
Each part has its own motor, and seven stimulations (three vibrations that increase in intensity, and four patterns). The stimulations are strong, without being overwhelming. By far the most interesting and unique stimulation was when I was using the internal dildo while letting the external tendril tickle my bum.
While I appreciated the added textures on the wand head, I just don’t love rounded wands. So, while I enjoyed it, it wasn’t my favorite aspect of this toy.
Sound Level
MYLO can get a bit loud, so it isn’t a particularly discreet choice. The website says it stays below 55 dB, which is about the volume level of an electric toothbrush or normal conversation.
Build Quality and Dimensions
At 9 inches long, the MYLO is, again, not a particularly discreet choice. Maybe it’s because I’ve just been reviewing Hello Cake’s pocket-sized delights, but this toy seemed quite large. It never felt unwieldy, however, and as long as you don’t need a toy small enough to tuck away in a back corner of your drawer, it is perfectly manageable.
The quality was extremely high, which was a very good thing—with packaging that beautiful and indulgent, a subpar toy would have been extremely disappointing.
Ease of Use
Despite the complication of having three different components, the MYLO was very intuitive to use. Each button corresponded to a different part of the toy, and the buttons were easy to press. One small issue is that if you press the middle button by accident, the only way to get the dildo to stop vibrating is to either turn the toy off entirely or keep pressing the middle button until it reaches the end of the stimulation modes.
Versatility
In one word: yes. With its three different portions, each of which fills a different role, the MYLO is easily the most versatile sex toy I’ve tried.

Minor Issues I Found During Testing
While the button system is as good as it could be, having the power button also control the dildo isn’t always ideal. That said, a fourth button might have confused things, so I don’t know how else they could have done it.
