This dildo looks good and feels even better. The glow-in-the-dark Neo Elite Tao’s design optimizes both form and function with a well-crafted curve and sculpted ridges. It is made from luxurious platinum-cured Puria silicone with the brand’s trademarked SENSA FEEL dual-density technology. The heart-shaped base is compatible with most O-ring harnesses. It also has a suction-cup base and it’s wide enough for safe solo play. The bottom (heh) line here is that this dildo hits all the right spots and does it with style.
Who Should Try It? The Neo Elite Tao is a great choice for folks who want a dildo that feels realistic but doesn’t look like it (it’s blue and it glows in the dark!). It’s not tiny, but the texture and size do make it beginner-friendly. This toy works well for pegging and also for solo vaginal or anal play.
Who Can Skip It? Size queens should look elsewhere. The Neo Elite Tao has some excellent qualities, but even so, it’s probably not going to deliver for folks who prioritize pressure and firmness. Also, not everyone likes texture in their sex toys so the spiral ridges may be too much of a good thing.

What Is the Neo Elite Tao?
Blush’s Neo Elite Tao is a lovely glow-in-the-dark blue dildo made with dual-density SENSA FEEL technology, which produces an ultra-realistic feel with a firm core and soft fleshy-feeling outer layer. It’s 7” long with a 6” insertable length. It has a cunningly curved shape with a rounded tip and sculpted, twisted ridges for texture.
This dildo has a versatile heart-shaped suction-cup base that fits nicely into most O-ring harnesses. The platinum-cured Puria silicone is body-safe and waterproof for thorough cleaning. The material and build quality are excellent, full stop, but especially remarkable at a very friendly price point.
First Impressions and Features
Unboxing
The packaging is another aspect of the Neo Elite Tao where it feels like we’re getting more than we paid for. The box itself is sturdy and somewhat glossy with high-quality printing and plenty of product information on the box itself. The “cover photo” highlights the glow-in-the-dark feature and the curved design. A unique feature here is the sample swatch attached to the front of the box where you can touch and feel the lush silicone without opening up the box — this is great if you’re shopping at your local sex store and want to try before you buy.
As you can see in the image below, the box has a slide-out design; inside, the dildo is cradled in molded plastic so it feels secure. There is no printed product manual inside. This toy does not come with a storage bag, lube sample sachet, or any extras, which is not really surprising when we consider the price we paid.

How Do I Use the Neo Elite Tao?
- This is a dildo with a wide suction-cup base that fits in an O-ring harness for pegging play. You can also attach the dildo to the shower wall or other smooth surfaces for vaginal or anal masturbation. The heart-shaped base is wide enough for safe anal play (solo or partnered), and it also feels good in the hand for (solo or partnered) vaginal penetration.
- The Neo Elite Tao does not have an anatomically correct design, but it feels very realistic with the brand’s SENSA FEEL technology. It incorporates a soft outer layer over a much firmer core. Especially in conjunction with the rounded tip and gentle curve, it really does feel like a very nice erection.
- What does not feel “real” are the sculpted ridges that spiral around the shaft — but that’s okay! They do look more dramatic than they feel; once the dildo has been inserted, we can feel some extra texture but it’s not bumpy or twisty.
- Like any other toy that’s going to be used internally, we recommend giving it a good wash with warm soapy water before playtime. If you want to enjoy the glow-in-the-dark capability, make sure that you expose it to sunlight or LED light to charge it up.
- We also recommend a generous application of good-quality lube. Water-based lube is the gold standard, since it is compatible with almost all sex toys. The packaging on the Neo Elite Tao indicates that it is also safe to use with hybrid lubes, although it is generally recommended to avoid silicone-based lubes with silicone sex toys.
My Personal Experience
We admit that we wanted to buy and try this one because of the glow-in-the-dark feature. We were not disappointed by either that particular aspect or the Neo Elite Tao in general; in fact, we kind of feel like we got way more than we expected out of this impulse purchase.
Here’s our take on the Neo Elite Tao:
Design
The Neo Elite Tao looks like it belongs at a dance club and/or a lifestyle club. It’s curvy and twisty with a glowing core wrapped in a translucent cloak. This dildo is as much fun to look at as it is to play with, and that’s saying a lot. Even more impressively, it manages all this while still being pretty beginner-friendly — the size is approachable and the absence of anatomical detail makes it unintimidating.
Every bit of this toy speaks to incredibly thoughtful design. The base is a sweet heart shape that slots easily into most O-ring harnesses, suction-cups onto smooth surfaces, and serves as a safety feature for solo play. The SENSA FEEL dual-density design and sculpted spirals add both visual and textural interest. The rounded tip and soft curve are engineered to target both G-spots and P-spots.
Material
There’s a lot to love about the Neo Elite Tao, but if we had to pick one feature, it would be the material. Tao is made from Blush’s platinum-cured Puria silicone, which is body-friendly and waterproof. The trademarked SENSA FEEL dual-density technology means that you’re getting a velvety flesh-like layer over a firm core, and this delivers a very comforting and realistic feel. I thought the silicone is excellent quality. There is no odor or sticky finish, and it is seamless.
Stimulations
This is probably the most subjective part of this review, but we really liked the Neo Elite Tao. As we talked about above, the texture is realistic and it just felt very good both in the hand and in the body. The rounded tip made for a super smooth entry, and the clever curve worked in nearly every position (pegging, riding, missionary). The angle is good for both G-spot and prostate stimulation, depending on which one you happen to have.
I also appreciated the spiral texture, which was subtle but definitely noticeable. I found that they worked better with slow thrusts, but again, you’re going to work out what’s best for your own personal body.
Build Quality
Also very impressive, especially at this price point. The Neo Elite Tao is truly a very well made toy. The silicone is seamless and the finish is flawless. This toy has held up to vigorous use and multiple very thorough cleanings, and it still looks and feels great with no deterioration to either the finish or the sculpted ridges. The glow hasn’t dimmed, either.
Ease of Use
We have characterized the Neo Elite Tao as being fairly beginner-friendly, and the ease of use is a big part of that. It’s ready to go after a good wash and it doesn’t require any prep other than a healthy serving of lube. Both the size and shape (rounded tip) are accessible to most bodies, and it’s easy to hold onto or fasten into a harness.
Versatility
Dildos are people-powered, which means they are what you make of them, and the Neo Elite Tao is no exception here. You can use it solo or partnered, vaginally or anally, in a harness or in a hand or suctioned onto a surface — and it performs admirably in all of these scenarios! This versatility, combined with the ease of use (no need for charging cords or accessories) makes it a great travel toy.
Warranty and Support
This might be our least favorite part of Blush Vibe’s Neo Elite Tao, although it is by no means a dealbreaker. This toy does not come with any sort of warranty. Considering the excellent fit and finish of this dildo, along with the lack of moving or motorized parts, we do not anticipate having to replace it. Also, the price point means that we could easily afford to replace it if we needed to (unlike a Sybian!). We do suggest purchasing this toy from a reputable retailer that will offer a warranty or aftermarket support just in case, though.
Minor Issues I Found During Testing
We hesitate to call these “issues” as much as preferences, but we do want to paint a full picture here. The Neo Elite Tao is beginner-friendly in terms of size, softness, and flexibility. This is great, but those of us who are ready and willing to take on more may find it somewhat underwhelming.
The spiral ridges also have a tendency to hang on to lube, bodily fluids, and other detritus. The toy is waterproof so you can scrub it and soak it when you need to, but it’s worth noting that it often needs more cleanup than just a quick wipe. You can always put a condom over the dildo to minimize this, but this will mask a little of the texture.

Alternatives to the Neo Elite Tao

The silicone is equally nice but it’s satiny smooth instead of soft and textured. It is firmer with a more phallic shape, although the color scheme is (hopefully!) not anatomically correct.
Temptasia Rebellion Peg
We also recommend the Temptasia Rebellion Peg as an interesting-looking, entry-level dildo. It’s suitable for pegging and solo or partnered play (anal or vaginal). It’s shorter and firmer than the Neo Elite Tao, and the head is nicely curved for targeted stimulation.
