What if your penis stroker could make you better in bed? That’s the premise of LELO’s newest offering, the F2S stamina trainer and stroker. It’s a stroker, but it is also app-compatible and comes with two exercise routines to help you last longer and potentially have more powerful orgasms. It’s ultimately Kegels for people with penises, with the bonus of an orgasm at the end if you use the device as a stroker as well. Pelvic floor strength is an often-overlooked component of overall health for people with penises, and LELO is seeking to correct that course.
The F2S has undergone significant design updates since the original, including adding internal textured ribs to eliminate air pockets. But would the app create a seamless experience between stroking and Kegeling? Though I don’t have a penis, my partner does; so let’s find out together in my LELO F2S review!
Can masturbating make you better in bed? LELO’s answer is yes—if you incorporate their endurance-enhancing exercise routine. This purchase is a no-brainer for someone who wants a cutting-edge stroker that is app-compatible and can help them record edging progress.
Who Should Try It? If you want a top-of-the-line stroker with app compatibility, the F2S is an excellent choice. Anyone who would like to learn how to Kegel and build stamina with an app tracker will be pleased as well. The dual-motor control and easy-to-learn app console will also delight those who love teched-out strokers.
Who Can Skip It? Anyone with erectile dysfunction will have a hard time getting the most out of this tight AF stroker. Further, if you’re primarily interested in the sexual wellness component, you may be disappointed as Kegeling isn’t integrated into masturbation or stroking use of the F2S. The stamina workout is more conceptually cohesive, but you could do it on your own with your hand and a timer. Finally, anyone who wants a stroker that fits into a tight budget will not be happy with the high sticker price.
You Can Buy It on the official LELO website for $199.
What Is the LELO F2S?
The LELO F2S is more than a stroker; it’s a device that aims to improve your sex life beyond a typical masturbation experience. It has two motors that you can control independently, and the app provides an endlessly customizable experience. You can learn how to do Kegels, get tips for improving your stamina, measure your progress, and take your newfound skills straight to the bedroom with your partner. The app is where you’ll get the most use out of it; otherwise, it’s a fairly standard vibrating penis stroker (You can find many of them here). But in the app, you can customize your experience and have a high-tech time masturbating.

How Do I Use the LELO F2S?
After the F2S lands on your doorstep, plug it in until it’s fully charged. The website estimated that it would take around two hours to charge and last up to two hours. When I tested the battery, it lasted well over nine hours on the lowest setting after a full charge and took under two hours to juice up again. The battery got eaten up much faster on a higher setting but was in line with the website estimate. When you plug it in, the LED lights slowly blink to indicate it is charging (image below). They will stay steadily lit once it’s fully charged.
While the F2S charges is the perfect time to download the app. You can familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of the LELO app before masturbating and pick out what you’d like to do.
Next, sterilize that thing. Sex toys are never things you should use without washing first, for your own health and safety. It’s 100% waterproof, so wash it with warm water and antibacterial soap the first time. You may want to use a toothbrush for follow-up cleanings since there are some seams between the ABS plastic and silicone where dried lube or ejaculate may want to cling.
The F2S comes with lube, so you have no excuses to go without! Try out their personal lubricant, which will make the experience extra smooth.
Now, you’ll need to decide if you’re going to use the three-button interface (image below) or the app. The buttons on the F2S include a minus, parenthesis, and a plus. You’ll press the parentheses to turn it on and cycle through the pre-set vibration patterns, and then the plus and minus buttons will help you select the intensity you prefer.
If you want to use the app, start with open it on your phone and go to the “My Toy” page to find the F2S, then click “Connect.” Press the middle button (parentheses) on the device until the LED lights begin to blink to pair it to the app, which will confirm once it’s connected. You can then choose between “play,” “settings,” and “training program.” The “Play” area is where you can find most of the utility, including the ability to operate the dual motors separately, turn on the AI-interactive mode, and more. The console looks modern and is masculine-coded. The training area is where you can work on your stamina. The stamina training will time your session, keep track of what intensity you used, and let you know how many calories you’ve burned. It’s up to you to gradually scale up the intensity over time. To do Kegel training, go back to the main screen and select the “Training” page. From what I can tell, this is fully separate from the F2S.
Once you’re finished training, improving your pelvic floor health, and masturbating, it’s time to rewash the masturbator. After you dry it, it’s essential to store it somewhere protected from the elements. The F2S doesn’t come with a storage bag, which is surprising considering the price, but many male masturbators do not. Grab a makeup bag or some kind of storage to keep it safe from your other silicone toys and to avoid collecting dust. If you keep it in a sterile place, you won’t necessarily need to wash it before use next time.
One thing to note is that the F2S defaults to an automatic 20-minute shutdown. This setting gets on my nerves with regular toys, but it seemed particularly out of place with a device that’s meant to help you last a long time. The entire goal is to use the F2S for as long as you possibly can. While this seems like an occasionally helpful feature during travel, having it set as the default is a little silly. It’s annoying to have a masturbation device shut off as you get closer to orgasm, but when you’re trying to build stamina and potentially beat a personal record, it’s a total mood killer. It defeats the purpose, and what’s worse is there isn’t a clear way to turn it off in the app.

My Personal Experience
I, for one, would exercise a lot more if, at the end of every session, I could have an orgasm. But what I found with this stroker is that it was a little more complicated than that. Rather than starting with Kegels, moving into stamina, and wrapping these up with an explosive orgasm, the activities were kept separate. However, they were still reasonably motivating since you can track your progress with the app.
There were some inconsistencies between what the website and the included documents said, and sometimes, the website had two contradicting pieces of information as well. This is typical for brand-new toys, as I’m sure the marketing department is working out all the kinks and removing old information to be replaced with new ones, but it is confusing for the user. The full user manual wasn’t uploaded to the website yet, so I had to make some assumptions about how to use it. However, this didn’t pose a problem, and I’m sure LELO will get everything up and running shortly.
Packaging
You won’t be disappointed with LELO’s packaging. It’s consistent yet jaw-dropping. As you can see in the image below, it comes in sleek black boxes with elegant picture windows, and the unboxing experience couldn’t be more giftable. It’s sexy.
Design
The LELO F2S design has been updated since the original. One new element they added was internal ribs (closeup below), which serve the dual function of adding stimulation for the user and eliminating air pockets. They removed the window that showed you what’s going on inside, and the top edge of the toy is gone, allowing it to be used as a stroker for a larger range of penis sizes.
This stroker has a tight entry. That makes it excellent for strong sensations, but it can also make things more difficult for people with erectile dysfunction, as they will need to have a pretty firm erection to enter this device.
Material
The website claimed that the super soft silicone would feel warm to the touch, but initially, I didn’t find that to be the case. It feels room temperature upon first contact but does warm up after stroking, but that is the case with most silicone sex toys I’ve used.
Stimulations
Even the lowest level of intensity provided rather rumbly vibrations. Since I’m insatiably curious and have a deep love of vibrators, I did try to use this as a clitoral vibrator to no avail. The motor is in the wrong spot, so it won’t work for people with clits.
Sound Level
The website suggested that the LELO F2S stroker wouldn’t rise above 60 decibels. When I tested it empty, it ranged from 35 to 66, depending on the intensity level. However, it was quieter when actually in use.
Build Quality and Dimensions
The build quality of LELO toys never wavers; it is always supreme. It looks modern, gorgeous, and high-tech. The F2S isn’t a gadget that you’ll feel compelled to hide away in your closet, though it’s not quite discreet enough to be displayable. You can see how it compares size-wise to some of my other strokers in the below image.
The App
LELO’s app (image below) offers two exercise routines: a Kegel routine for penis-havers and a stamina-building routine. The app worked well when we tried it, and connectivity wasn’t a problem. However, it wasn’t a seamless experience, and parts of the wellness capability felt tacked on after the fact rather than woven into the design. For instance, the Kegel activities didn’t involve the F2S at all. When you click on “Kegel exercises,” it leads you through a series of steps, but the device isn’t involved. So, the app will instruct you to breathe, release, hold, and pulse at different intervals, but there’s no discernible reason to wear the toy or have the F2S on at all. The F2S isn’t tracking your strength or vibrating; it’s just there.
When it says it tracks your progress, it means that it notes the date that you completed the training rather than the effort you put in or whether you are getting stronger. I had higher hopes that the app would use feedback from the toy to rate your Kegel strength, as some other health aids do. You could use this function without purchasing a toy or get a similar workout by searching for one online and tracking the date yourself. Trying to stay hard to do Kegels with the F2S is an added layer of unnecessary complication when the device isn’t tracking your strength. It also reduces the versatility, as people with ED would be less able to do Kegels by trying to use the toy in conjunction with the app.
The stamina training was more successful. When you use the stamina training, the dual motors are stimulating your penis, and the app has a timer running. You can increase or decrease the intensity, but the goal is to eventually increase the intensity and the length of time you last before climaxing. This feature is more effective and integrated than the Kegels exercise, but my partner and I were on the fence about how much this would increase his long-term stamina. You can use it as a stroker by moving it up and down along your erection to increase the stimulation. However, you would get similar results by setting a timer and masturbating with your hand, starting gently and increasing the intensity over time. For many people with penises, it’s easier to not orgasm with vibration than with the contact of your hand. But in general, it was a fun exercise.
The app also is the gateway to five bonus rhythms and the AI interactive mode. My partner was most excited to see how the AI interactive mode worked, as many versions so far have disappointed.
You can see me fully demonstrate the LELO app in the below YouTube video.
Ease of Use
The F2S was relatively easy to use. The LELO app is intuitive and stays connected reasonably well. The battery lasts as long as you need it to, and the materials used for the construction are durable and waterproof, making cleaning a cinch.
Versatility
It’s hard to make a penis stimulator versatile, but LELO managed to do it. The F2S isn’t just for pleasure—it’s also meant for penile health. Making a device that functions as a twofer is significant because it can break down the stigma that some people hold against using sex toys. Someone who may be uncomfortable with the idea of using a tech device for orgasms may be alright with using one for pelvic floor health and lasting longer in bed. And then, once they use a sex aid, they realize there’s nothing to be scared or ashamed of. It’s like mathematicians who were afraid to use calculators, worrying that they might make your brain lazy or that you might become reliant on them. In general, they are tools that help you do math more efficiently, and the same goes for sex toys.
What’s more, this penis vibrator is great for long-distance partnered sex, use in the tub, or trying the AI-inspired feature. It’s one of the more versatile penis toys my partner has ever had the pleasure of using.
Warranty and Support
LELO offers a one-year warranty on the F2S that covers faulty workmanship and defective materials. If your product is defective, LELO will replace it for free (minus shipping) if you provide reasonable evidence.
Minor Issues I Found During Testing
The F2S worked well as a stroker, but the stamina-increasing and Kegel-teaching application wasn’t as impressive. You could get a comparable workout using your hand or by doing Kegels with an online instruction video.

Alternatives to the LELO F2S
LELO F1S V3
The LELO F1S V3 was the predecessor to the F2S, but it differs in so many significant ways that it may be better to think of the F2S as merely inspired by the F1S V3. First, the picture window has vanished. I liked the sexy little peek into what was going on inside, but that design choice wasn’t a dealbreaker for me or my partner. The F1S is also closed off at one end, whereas the F2S looks more like a traditional stroker with no cap at the end. This makes the F2S more versatile and comfortable for people with different-sized erections to wear. The F1S came in a couple of sizes to accommodate more people, but I think the F2S will fit people better overall. The F1S also reached up to 66 decibels, so the F2S didn’t make things any quieter.
Both strokers have tight entry points and are fitted throughout, which is great for anyone who likes a tight squeeze but it is less usable for people with erectile dysfunction who will have to have a very firm erection before use. When I reviewed the F1S, it cost $250, so they have cut down the price on the new version, which will be a boon to everyone in this economy. The F2S still has dual motor control, as did the F1S.

Lovense Calor
The Lovense Calor is most similar in design to the LELO F1S V3, but it bears some resemblance to the F2S as well. The design is similar, but the Calor is heated, and the Lovense app adds more versatility than the LELO app. The apps are similarly reliable, but the Lovense app doesn’t have the capability to provide tips on stamina and edging practices or Kegeling for people with penises. The Calor isn’t as tight of a squeeze, so it will be better suited to people with erectile dysfunction as it is easier to enter with a softer erection. Anyone who wants a fit that is as tight as possible will prefer to purchase the new LELO F2S. Lastly, the Lovense Calor regularly costs $140, substantially less than the F2S, so it’s better for those on a budget.
