Womanizer’s unboxing is reliably adorable. As you can see in the image below, the Enhance comes in a lovely lilac box that happened to match the color of the clitoral stimulator I received. It is tasteful and sturdy enough to save for storing the device.

How Do I Use the Womanizer Enhance?
After you unbox the Enhance, charge it. It comes with a magnetic charging cable, which is easy to use but must be put in a particular position to stay connected. You’ll know you have it set up correctly when the LED light blinks. After it finishes charging, the LED light will stay lit (It should look like the image below). The LED light also lets you know when it’s time to charge. A fully charged device stays lit, while an almost dead battery will cause the LED light to flash slowly. The manual said that it would take two hours to fully charge and then last two hours, which is not an amazing charge-to-use time ratio unless the motor is potent. When I tested it, it took just over ninety minutes to charge and then lasted four hours and eight minutes on the lowest setting, better than the manual estimated.
Once you have charged Enhance, wash it thoroughly. The vibrator is waterproof, so the cleaning process is no big deal. Wash it with warm water and antibacterial soap and allow it to dry on a lint-proof towel unless you like a linty vibrator. Next, grab some water-based lube. Since the body is made from silicone, it won’t work well with silicone lube because the double dose of silicone can ruin the body-safe exterior. Water-based lube will work better, though you may have to reapply more often, yet it’s worth it to extend the life of your vibrator. Lube up your clit and the nozzle, but only use a moderate amount, as this device has a short handle and becomes quite slippery when lube is on the handle. Then place the nozzle comfortably around your clitoris. It may take a few tries to get it situated. The shape of this nozzle is oval rather than perfectly round, so if it doesn’t fit comfortably lengthwise, try it at a ninety-degree angle to see if that works better for your anatomy.
The Enhance has a five-button interface including a plus, minus, squiggly, double-squiggly, and polka-dotted button (image below). The visuals aren’t the most intuitive, so you may need to reference this article or the quick start guide for your first couple of uses. To turn the Womanizer Enhance on, hold the plus button for two seconds; to turn it off, press the minus button for two seconds. The first setting it turns on to is both Pleasure Air and vibration on the lowest setting. The good news is that you can operate the vibration and the Pleasure Air separately; the bad news is that it’s not incredibly natural, so it will take practice to memorize where the buttons are so you can focus on sexy stuff and not the user manual.
The single squiggly will decrease the vibrations, and the double squiggly will increase them. The plus and minus buttons control the Pleasure Air/suction, so you can turn those up and down separately. The polka-dot button changes the pattern; if you want to return to steady stimulation, hold the dotted button down for two seconds. If you want to use one stimulation without the other, like suction without vibration, turn the intensity level down to zero.

My Personal Experience
I always get excited about sex tech innovation. A vibrator and a clitoral suction stimulator in one? Count me in. I was genuinely curious about whether these two stimulations could coexist pleasantly since one is intense and numbing (vibrations), and the other is touch-free but leads to a fast climax (suction). I had a million questions: how loud would it be? Would it overstimulate me, something that’s easy to do? I have acquired a vast amount of dual stimulation toys in my time as a sex toy reviewer, but none that gave me two stimulation options for my clit at the same time. The website states that 100% of Womanizer Enhance’s testers had an orgasm, which is an astounding statistic, but with that kind of hype, it’s easy for a toy to disappoint.
Further, a problem I’ve always had with clitoral suction stimulators is that there’s no way to try it affordably without knowing if you like it or not since most don’t have the capacity for dual stimulation. The Womanizer Enhance deftly solves that. This purchase is ideal for someone who knows and loves clitoral vibration and wants to venture into the world of suction without spending money on a toy that won’t get used if they don’t like the new sensation.
After many tests, it’s clear that vibration and suction go together like peanut butter and jelly, like Tommy Wiseau and Greg Sestero. They enhance the other, making this a perfectly named sex toy.
Packaging
I like Womanizer’s packaging. It’s no-nonsense yet pleasant to open. The most attractive part about it is that they have committed to eco-friendly packaging to make it easier to recycle and decrease waste. After you open the box, you can recycle the whole thing along with your other paper recyclables. Love that! They have also shrunk their boxes to be lighter and smaller for less consumption during shipping and manufacturing. Their updated packaging has less plastic than ever and is plant-based. I wish more companies were taking on earth-friendly endeavors the way that Womanizer has.
And what’s inside is just as impressive: the clitoral suction stimulator, a quick start guide and safety information, a cotton storage pouch, and a USB recharging cable (image above). And it still comes with a kitschy #IMasturbate business card, which I adore. All you need is a little water-based lube on hand, and you’re ready to go—back to bed, to masturbate.
Design
The Womanizer Enhance has a design that is distinct from past Womanizer offerings. The suction nozzle is broader, which gives the vibrations more surface area to stimulate. The broad stimulation and rumbly vibes were a perfect pair, and the nozzle is large enough that I suspect it will fit most clitorises. However, I wish that the nozzle was a customizable size since people have differently sized and shaped clitorises.
My biggest criticism of the design is that I wish it were easier to tell the buttons apart by feel. As you can see in the image above, there are five buttons, all relatively close together, and they have intricate indentations that can be difficult to identify by touching them. This setup can be frustrating when you finally get the clit sucker into the perfect position, but you want to change up the stimulation, and you must remove it to look at the buttons—it can ruin your rhythm, and you might end up starting from scratch. Even spacing them apart a bit more might make the setup feel slightly clearer.
One thing I loved about the design is that even if you are only using the Enhance as a vibrator and not a sucker, the nozzle makes the vibrations feel even more 3-D. They can surround your clit in a unique way that other vibrators can’t compete with. The broad head will mostly appeal to fans of broad stimulation, but there are slight edges that may work for people who love pinpoint stimulation, like me. The all-over sensation was incredible, and I loved having a nozzle shape for vibration stimulation, which was brand new to me.
Material
The materials used for this clitoral stimulator are a pretty blend of ABS plastic and silicone, which just so happens to be waterproof. It feels incredible against your skin and is easy to clean.
Stimulations
The vibration adds an extra level of rumbliness to the suction without it becoming thuddy. It’s difficult to describe, but I thought the sensations were better together. I also enjoyed the ability to use vibration as foreplay, if you will, before using the suction for the grand finale. I was able to be less overstimulated by the suction because of the slightly numbing quality of the vibrations. The overwhelming suction is something that has kept me from using suction devices as much as I could, and the Enhance solved this problem completely.
One thing to note is that the vibrations start rumbly and then get buzzy the further you slide up the intensity scale, which is common. I would have liked a little more power at the top of the vibration scale, but the stimulations still did the trick for me. The Pleasure Air technology is intense, even at level one. If you aren’t used to the intensity, start with vibration and get super turned on before moving on to the intensity of the suction.
I also noticed that the vibrations are so deep and rumbly that they can make it slightly more difficult to stay in place. The movement means you’ll need to gently hold the Enhance throughout, which wasn’t a problem for me but might give someone pause if they need a hands-free vibe.
Sound Level
When I tested the sound level, it ranged from 48 to 67 decibels. The Enhance is louder than most suction toys because the sound level doesn’t necessarily decrease when you have it properly placed since the vibration noise never changes. Still, it wasn’t distracting, even when I used it during partnered sex.
Build Quality and Dimensions
The build quality is excellent. There are no major seams that will make cleaning the vibe a chore, except for the tiny holes around the magnetic charging pins. Occasionally, you’ll want to use a toothbrush for deep cleaning to ensure lube or fluids don’t dry up and crust in this little crevice.
The dimensions are standard for a suction vibe. It’s easy to hold and small enough for partnered sex (You can see how it compares size-wise to some similar clit suckers and vibrators above).
Ease of Use
Ease of use is the only category for which the Womanizer Enhance lost significant points. It has a lot of versatility, but the price you pay for the versatility is taking a minute to understand how to work the suction vibe. The five-button interface isn’t complex, but it’s not intuitive when you can’t look at it, which will be the case during masturbation. The indentations on the buttons aren’t much help, either. However, after memorizing where the buttons are and what they do, it’s smooth sailing.
Versatility
One thing I love about the Womanizer Enhance is that it has two motors that you can control independently, giving you the ability to customize your experience completely. If you do the math, this means that you’ll have over one thousand combinations to try. That’s incredible, especially for a vibrator that’s not app-compatible and you can’t create your own patterns.
The ability to control the motors separately opens a world of possibilities for most users. From high intensity to low intensity and multiple vibration patterns, there’s no end to what this vibe can do. It will help you learn about how you like to warm up versus how you like to finish. There’s nothing I love more than a sex toy that can help you learn something new about yourself! But it’s also great for those who love extended play (it’s me) or tantra. One of my chief complaints about other suction devices is that they make me climax too quickly. That may be a good problem to have, but I prefer taking my time in general, which this vibrator makes possible. The Womanizer Enhance also makes it easier to have multiple orgasms without getting overstimulated since you can switch stimulations in the middle.
Further, the shape is thin enough to be used during partnered sex. It’s easiest to use during doggy style or spooning position, but I tried it during missionary, and it was unobtrusive. It is loud enough to hear during sex, but all you need to do to mitigate that is turn on your favorite bangers, or songs that you like to bang to.

Minor Issues I Found During Testing
This combination of suction device and vibrator solves so many problems that other sex toys have, and there is very little I would change about it. I’d have to nitpick to find anything of substance that detracts from this incredible experience, but nitpick I shall. The five-button interface is not as intuitive as it could be, but it works well for operating a two-motor device. Though the Womanizer Enhance is pricy, it is still a great value considering what it offers, so I don’t consider the price an issue.
