Does the Sequel Live Up to the Original?

The body of the Premium 2 is well-designed and it’s a gorgeous toy overall! In addition, the sex toy is made of silicone, and it feels ah-mazing on your most sensitive parts.
At 6.5″ X 6.25”, it’s an average size for a clit sucker. It will be easy to bring along on your adventures, especially since it comes with a handy storage bag!
Battery Life and Charging
The Womanizer 2 is USB rechargeable. Plug in the magnetic USB charging cable and ensure the LED lights begin to flash by laying the toy on a flat surface and affixing the cable to the metal dots. Then, after about two hours, you’re all set!
The lights will tell you how much battery is left when in use. If it’s half-charged, two lights glow; only one glows if the battery is about to give up. And all three lights are lit once it’s fully charged.
The user manual says the toy will last four hours, but when I tested it, it lasted four hours and thirty-nine minutes on the lowest setting. It also said it would take two hours to charge, and it hit this right on the nose.

Womanizer offers a five-year warranty on all their products, which is as good as you can get in the sex toy world!
How To Clean Womanizer Premium 2?
This sucker has several seams on it and a removable nozzle, so it won’t be the easiest to clean. Thankfully, since it’s fully waterproof, it shouldn’t be too much of a chore, either.
Clean each stimulation head and the rest of the device with warm water and soap, then let dry. You could also use toy cleaner if you prefer.
How To Use Womanizer Premium 2?
The updated Premium uses Pleasure Air Technology to stimulate your clitoris without overwhelming it.
- Before you begin, choose a nozzle from the two provided that you think you will like.
- If you’re unsure, wash both and keep them handy so you can compare them side by side.
- The large silicone head will fit better for people who like broader stimulation or have bigger clits.
- Then, wash and charge your clitoral suction device, grab some water-based lube, and keep the user manual handy in case the Autopilot function feels confusing.
The device is somewhat easy to operate once you learn how to control the Smart Silence Feature. It has four buttons, so it will take a little practice to get to your favorite settings with ease.
- The first button is the on/off—hold this one down for two seconds to power the toy up or down.
- The button below the power button is the Autopilot button. Press for two seconds to turn on or disable this feature. If you want to change up the mode, press briefly.
- The following two buttons are the plus and minus in the manual mode. Want more suction? Press the plus button. Ready for less stimulation? Press the minus button. But these buttons have a secret, second function: they can turn the Smart Silence function on and off, too. Press them simultaneously to activate or deactivate this feature.
- Press the power button to start, and you’ll notice the lights illuminate once you have successfully done this. If you’re touching the nozzle while you press the power button, the Smart Silence may not work as intended, and you’ll have to turn the toy off and briefly charge it to reset it.
- If the Smart Silence features are working correctly, it will turn on when close to your skin and turn off when you remove it from your skin. Stealth masturbating has never been easier!
- Autopilot mode cycles you through the intensity levels and varies the level of sensation you receive. If you’re on the lower end of the autopilot mode spectrum (settings 1-6), the first light will pulse during use. The medium (6-11) autopilot mode spectrum lights two lights, and the intense mode will flash all three lights.

My Personal Experience
The original Premium was a popular toy, yet the company took customer feedback into consideration and came out with an improved model. It wasn’t just me who was excited: it was probably the better portion of the clit-having population.
Autopilot Mode
It’s marketed as the Prada of sex toys, so right from the jump, I was expecting luxury. And this pleasure air toy certainly delivered that. Autopilot mode is a perfect example of that. When you use this feature, it switches between the settings to give you a unique suction adventure, so you never know what’s coming next.
Stimulations
I have to say that the extra intensity levels made a huge difference for me. I tend to be on the sensitive side, and clit vibrators are often too much for me, and they can feel painful. Using them at full force isn’t even an option. Sometimes even the lowest speed can make me feel overwhelmed and sore (in which case, I’ve had better luck using these in the bathtub to diffuse the sensations).
Luckily, this wasn’t the case with this clitoral stimulator. Even the most sensitive people can expect incredible orgasms thanks to the wide range of air pressure it offers. I wish more air pulse toys would take a note from the Womanizer and provide an extensive range of stimulation.

The Smart Silence feature is fantastic, too. Not only because it turns off automatically once it’s no longer touching your skin, saving battery for later, but also because if you hate it, you can turn it off. I did turn it off because I’m not a stealthy masturbator. I’m more of a “announce it to your partner beforehand” masturbator.
Use It With A Partner
Lastly, this is a device that you can use even during partnered sex, and it’s slim enough to fit between your bodies in many positions. Plus, if you decide to stop, the improved autopilot feature will turn it off, so you don’t have to fiddle with it in the middle of sex.
The only drawback is that this toy runs on the expensive side—nearly $200. That, and the control buttons can take a little getting used to.

The Womanizer Premium 2 comes with many upgrades from the original model. Both are beautifully designed and have the packaging you would expect from a luxurious product. They are about the same size, and each comes with an extra stimulation head.

However, the new toy has an improved autopilot feature and 14 intensity levels. The previous version only had ten intensity levels. Further, the autopilot mode works more seamlessly in the new version.
Surprisingly, I liked the storage sack from the original Womanizer Premium slightly better—it’s black and slinky rather than cream and scratchy. Each box was equally pretty.

Womanizer Pro40
The Womanizer Pro40 is an excellent choice for sex toy shoppers on a budget. It’s quite a bit cheaper than the Premium 2 at just $119, but it also comes with fewer amenities.
For instance, it’s a bit harder to clean since the sucker comes off and a strap covers the battery charging port. It’s waterproof but not as pretty as the Premium 2.
