My delivery arrived within three days of ordering directly from the Lovense website. It came in discreet packaging, much appreciated given the volume of sex toys I order. The box itself is simple and slightly cheap looking, and I think with something so sleek and feminine, a cute black box would have sealed the deal.

How to control Exomoon with the app?
The Lovense Remote app is one of the better sex toy apps I have tried. Most other apps are notoriously glitchy and complex, but it doesn’t happen with Lovense’s dedicated app.
It’s perfect for long-distance relationships or just fun with your partner as they can have the app to control the toy you are using, choose the vibration level, and chat or video chat through the app itself.
Here’s how you connect the toy with the app:
- Download the app
- Â Once downloaded, ensure your Bluetooth is on; you only need to press the button on the toy for 3 seconds to connect.
- Once connected, you will see a place with a + where it will scan for any connected Lovense toys to be added.
- Once the toy is added, you will see a little toggle, pink if it’s on white if not connected. Super simple right?
- Make sure to click “done” to secure the toy’s connectivity.
- Look for a pink circle in the right corner, indicating that the toy is connected and ready for use.
In my experience, the Lovense app’s connection is flawless. The short-range control is excellent for hands-free fun during solo playtime, but perhaps not with the Eximoon, as it is designed for clitoral stimulation and not something you can insert and leave to do its thing.
Still, you can easily pass on the app to your partner to control from the other side of the room.
Remote Control
If you are nearby, you can control the toy in real time; a pink floating circle will appear and you can control the intensity by moving the pink circle up or down. If you like the settings you’ve used, you can click on “Loop” or “Float” to save the pattern you used.
My Patterns
If you want to use your creativity, you can create your own Lovense pattern by clicking the + sign that says “Create Pattern.”
You can also use one of the four preset patterns (Pulse, Earthquake, fireworks, wave). This feature is great for getting things moving without creating custom patterns if you’re impatient like me. Don’t worry if you’re not vibing with the presets; you can change the speed and intensity. You can also go through tons of vibration patterns other users have created.
The remarkable features don’t end there; you can sync your phone’s music library or choose your fave sex playlist; we all have one. Hence, the music will determine the speed and pattern of your next orgasm; how great is that?!?

My Personal Experience

Design
I’ll start by saying the Lovense Exomoon is adorable. It’s so sleek and sexy that I had mistaken it multiple times for my lipstick, not even when I was in a hurry.
There are a lot of similarities in size, strength, and setting to other lipstick vibrators I tried, but the app and the hyper-realistic lipstick look just sealed the deal for me. I would love to tell you how long it lasts with constant use, but it is still as strong as ever so far!
I travel a lot for work and half the time I only travel with hand luggage. Hence, bringing along my trusted orgasm buddy is not an easy task. I hate choosing between a sexy pair of heels and my vibrator. But with this little thing, I throw it in my bag and still get to pack those shoes.
Ease Of Use

Exomoon vs. Lush 3
So many of you must already be familiar with the Lush 3; it’s a fantastic toy and one of the most popular Lovense products. However, there are a few significant differences between the Exomoon to the Lush 3.
One is that the Lush 3 is an insertable toy and a vibrating part for your clitoris, whereas the Exomoon is a tiny little lipstick vibrator not for internal use. Both are very powerful and of excellent quality.
If you need clitoral stimulation, the Exomoon is very much the way to go, but if you need both, perhaps the lush would be better. However, transport and storage-wise, there is a huge difference as one can pass as just another lipstick case in your makeup bag while the Lush 3 is a sex toy.

We-Vibe Tango X
I didn’t love the We-Vibe Tango X, especially compared to the Lovense Exomoon. Although it’s sleek and has a futuristic look, it looks bulky and is nowhere near as discrete. The Tango X is powerful but doesn’t measure up to the Lovense Exomoon, in my opinion.
Lelo Mia 2
The Lelo Mia 2 has six speeds and five patterns which is nothing to scoff at; however, the look of it felt a bit cheap to me. It’s not very pretty, which I find is something I look for in my bullet vibrators.
One thing I find handy with Mia 2 (that Exomoon lacks) is the travel lock for easy transportation without your whole bag vibrating while you sit next to a stranger on the train. But apart from that, I still feel the price point is high and not comparable with the Exomoon.
JimmyJane Mini Chroma
I love this little bullet vibrator; it’s pretty high up there compared to my Exomoon, I love the shiny purple, and the package is so sleek and much better than the Lovense Exomoon.
However, the battery charger is bulkier than other lipstick vibes, which is annoying, but the toy is so easy to use with only one button that we can forgive a bulky charger. It’s pretty loud, so although cute, sleek, and excellent color, it’s not my usual go-to. Depending on your preference, the Mini Chroma and Exomoon stack up well.
Hot Octopuss Amo
The Octopuss Amo is another level of vibrator; it’s so good that I ignored the fact that it was slightly bulky. Unfortunately, Amo’s battery life isn’t the greatest. When looking at my collection, although it rivals the Lovense Exomoon in looks, the features and battery life don’t compare.
