After testing dozens of egg vibrators, we recommend Lovense Lush 4 because it beats the competition in the most critical areas. The 4th generation Lush features a more flexible body, a bigger motor, a redesigned tail, and other design enhancements that the testers thought were solid upgrades. We also appreciated its compatibility with the Lovense remote app, which we rated as the most effective sex toy app. You can read more about Lush 4 and all the other products below.

Why You Should Trust Us

Rachel Sommer

Even before My Sex Toy Guide was started in 2016, Rachel Sommer had been using sex toys for the better part of her adult life. “I’ve used sex toys for more than I can remember,’ she starts. “Egg vibrators have always been a must-have accessory because I’m always on the move – the small size and relatively affordable price render these compact toys ideal for me.”

Over the last seven years, Rachel has spearheaded the product research team at My Sex Toy Guide, working hard to ensure you get only high-quality and unbiased sex toy reviews. With a committed group of experts, including technologists, sexologists, writers, and researchers, you can be sure of in-depth and informative reviews and guides to help you make better sex toy purchase decisions.

How We Picked the Products

I drafted a questionnaire and passed it around to understand the best egg vibrators among my colleagues. I included an open-ended question to better understand motivation when buying a device. Then I assembled the recommendations and added them to mine for review. Most importantly, I defined several test criteria that we could measure on a scale from 0 to 100. Some of these included the following:

  • Design. The size and shape directly affect the stimulation type and ease of handling. For this reason, we ensured that we included different designs to meet the ever-changing needs of the sex industry.
  • Versatility. The ideal product can serve multiple purposes, which is precisely what you want in your nightstand. Therefore, we ensured to include products that offered more than one stimulation sensation.
  • Stimulations. We prioritized the egg vibes with the most settings. The panel emphasized the importance of having multiple vibration combinations and how they make a sex toy more desirable for different people.
  • Build Quality. Another essential factor we considered when picking the vibrating love eggs was the quality. Besides ensuring the materials were the highest-rated on the market, the build quality had to be outstanding.
  • Noise Level. As you can imagine, people can put up with different noise meters depending on the environment and personal preference. So, we tested all the egg vibrators in this list so you can know what to expect when shopping.
  • Charging. While we also included battery-powered models, the main focus was on models made with rechargeable batteries. We believe they’re more environmentally friendly and affordable in the long run.
  • Unique Features. We also paid attention to bells and whistles like mobile app compatibility, remote control, and standout technologies like Sense Motion. While these high-end models were understandably pricier, we believe in providing our customers with multiple options to simplify their decision-making and increase the chances of landing on the perfect match.

During testing, we rated each test criterion on a percentage scale from 0% (Worst) to 100% (Best). We then calculated the overall score using different weighted metrics depending on the importance of the test criteria. Half the total rating comes from Stimulations (25%) and Design (25%). After that come Versatility (10%), Build Quality (10%), and Sound Level (10%).

The team returned with their findings after the 18-day testing exercise. Aware of the task, I enlisted fellow sex experts Sandra and Tim to help with the analysis. We used comparison charts and reviewed data from vendor sites and sex toy forums to separate the most recommended from the rest. And it’s from the combined effort that we believe these are this year’s best vibrating eggs!

1. Lovense Lush 4: Our Overall Test Winner!

Lovense Lush 4

Why we love Lovense Lush 4:

Among the products we reviewed, Lovense Lush 4 was ranked as the best egg vibrator primarily because of its ergonomic wearable design. Most of the devices we tested were too flimsy, had little resistance during insertion, or were too rigid and uncomfortable from the get-go. However, the upgraded version from Lovense struck a balance with the silky smooth silicone material. It felt good throughout the experience, and although the neck could be more pliable, the experience was rated highest among the review samples.

Besides the functionality, the 4th generation was also more aesthetic, with the lovely silver coating on the ABS strip (image below), complete with a glowing slit that lights up when you’re charging it. Our product test lead, Sandra Larson, also highlighted how the tail was angular and not as rounded as its predecessor, making it cozier and cuter. In addition, its thicker neck looked and felt more durable compared to Lush 3’s flimsy, long neck.

Lovense Lush 4

Our only concern with the redesign was the resulting seam between the silicone and ABS plastic materials. While not significant, it made cleaning a bit more complicated (not a biggie, but worth mentioning nonetheless).

The quality of sensations was rated as above average. However, we’d have loved it if Lovense had added an extra motor for the clitoris, but even without it, the new motor felt powerful from the get-go. Even at the lowest setting, it will be intense enough to climax for most users. “I love wearing mine before bedtime to get me ready for my husband,” Sandra Larson wrote in her test report.

The packaging

Our testers also appreciated the healthy mix of rumbly and buzzy vibrations because they made the sensations more worthwhile. Regardless of your preference, you’ll find something that resonates with you in the vibrator. You’ll love the progression as you crank the volume, as you build up to intense orgasms.

The build quality was as good as everything else from the brand. We loved that despite the annoying seam and thick neck, it was waterproof, with an impressive classification of IPX7, meaning you can submerge it in water for more than 30 minutes up to a depth of 3.3 feet. In addition, the thoughtfulness in the design and dimensions amplified the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

Me controlling Lush 4 using the smartphone app

Lastly, its compatibility with the Lovense app (image above) meant the possibilities were endless. The mobile app provided a way to regulate the experience other than the intuitive solo button. It offered more settings than the pre-set 7 patterns and 2 speeds. Whether you want to sync it with your music or have it respond to ambient sound, the options are plenty. You can activate the ‘Voice Control’ mode with a quick prompt to regulate the intensity.

The mobile application also lets you create unique patterns and save them for later use. You can also use the hundreds of patterns saved by other Lovense users.

The content of the box

Note: Camming models can also use the mobile application to send links to their viewers and regulate the available power so they’re not overstimulated. For instance, you can cap the power at 50% so that even the high spenders only use half the vibe’s power.

Minor issues we found during testing:

A significant concern was the resulting seam from the redesign. The small space between the materials makes cleaning more complicated and time-consuming.

The Lovense Lush 4 was designed to address aesthetic and durability concerns raised by Lush 3 users. However, the designers seem to have overlooked the user comfort with the rigid neck.

2. Lovense Lush Mini: Most Comfortable for Long-Term Wear!

Lovense Lush Mini

Why we love Lovense Lush Mini:

We were excited to see if the smaller version would live up to the hype after using different toys in the Lovense Lush series, including the predecessor Lush 4 above. Surprisingly, the compact wearable egg vibrator was just as powerful, but cozier to wear for extended periods. Whether it’s a date night, tantra, or a random night in the bedroom, it brings in the buzzy pleasure without taking the center stage.

Combining power with a compact size proved to be a genius idea with the Lush Mini. The team loved that it packed as much power as its predecessor, but with better handling and adaptability. “In a world that’s awash with intimidating wearable sex toys, Lush Mini is a breath of fresh air. “It felt comfortable once inside and stayed in place throughout, making it perfect for everyone, including first-timers,” Sandra Laron wrote in her test report.

Lovense Lush Mini with Lush 4 and We-Vibe Jive 2

As you can see in the image above, the design was almost indistinguishable from its predecessor. The egg-shaped design included a tapered head for simplified penetration, a bulbous body to enhance the feeling of fullness, and an extended, slim tail for easy removal after use. The Bluetooth chip is also inscribed inside the tail, making it easy to regulate the excitement with the mobile app. Unfortunately, Lovense didn’t put a vibrating motor inside the external tail (similar to Lush 4). It provides very little stimulation, and the device is only helpful as a G-spot vibrator.

We were worried that the smaller size would make it feel less secure inside. However, we were surprised that the size didn’t cause it to fall off mid-session. Still, we recommend wearing panties for an extra layer of reassurance. Everyone on the team agreed that Lovense struck a good balance between flexibility and durability, which is always problematic for most sex toy designers.

Demonstration of the LED light show

The vibrations felt strong from the get-go, with a rumbly undertone that made it ideal for those who find buzzy sensations uncomfortable. “It seems Lovense didn’t sacrifice an ounce of stimulation with the size decrease. “My partner and I have tried it for a few weeks now, and she loves the potent stimulations as much as I do,” Rachel Sommer commented.

Something else that stood out about the Lovense Lush Mini was its compatibility with the Lovense Remote app. Our testers described it as the best sex toy application, and it didn’t take long before we saw why. The mobile app transformed the experience immensely, handing the user multiple customization options, long-distance control for couples, and music sync for a hands-free experience. You can also gamify the experience with the numerous games designed to enhance hands-free play and make the toy more exciting to use. Other perks of using the mobile app include anonymous chatting and a tip-based option for cammers. You can also turn off the LED light or choose your preferred color combination.

Me demonstrating the Lovense Remote app

Like other Lovense toys, the build quality was phenomenal. The toy was made from velvety silicone, making it ideal for extended wear. The team loved that it was IPX7 waterproof, meaning you can submerge it in water for up to 1 meter (about 3 feet) for 30 minutes without damage. There was nothing flimsy about the construction, and even with the reduced size, the model was just as powerful as its predecessor.

Overall, the Lovense Lush Mini impressed with its well-thought-out dimensions and cozy silicone material, which made it the most comfortable option on this list. Everything from the tapered shape to the bulbous head and extended tail helped simplify insertion and retention during use. Despite the small size, the egg vibrator was as powerful as its predecessor (Lush 4), with consistent rumbles that target the G-spot. Our testers also loved its compatibility with the Lovense app because it opened the world to endless possibilities. Everything from unlimited customization to long-distance control and gamification features, the mobile app transformed the toy into a powerhouse. Cammers can also activate tip-activated rumbles, giving them control over the experience and tip amounts.

A Good Alternative: We-Vibe Jive Lite

We-Vibe Jive Lite is the best alternative for people looking for a profile similar to the Lovense Mini but at a lower price. It only costs $99 and presents exciting possibilities, including a flexible C-shaped body, an IPX7 waterproof design, and over 10 different intensity settings. In addition, it’s compatible with the We-Vibe app, and the vibrations are relatively powerful for its size. However, it’s not as powerful as Lush Mini.

We-Vibe Jive Lite

Minor issues we found during testing:

Our primary concern was the price. It costs between $129 and $259, making it one of the most expensive G-spot vibrators. If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend the Thrill Seeker or Mantric.

In addition, the new Lovense Mini only has one vibrating motor inside the bulbous head. We expected a mini vibe inside the tail for external stimulation, but we have to wait longer.

3. Lovehoney Thrill Seeker: Cheapest Overall!

Lovehoney Thrill Seeker Love Egg

Why we love Lovehoney Thrill Seeker:

The Thrill Seeker gave us the most value for our money. It only costs $44.99 at the writing of this article, but Lovehoney runs sales often, with the vibe retailing at $23.99 during the last one. We thought the affordability made it an excellent choice for our budget-conscious readers and sex toy collectors looking to add an essential piece to their sex life without spending much money.

The testers also appreciated Lovehoney Thrill Seeker’s small size, which made it easy to slide inside the vagina. It also makes it the perfect travel buddy because it fits into your travel plans without a fuss. And with an easy-use retrieval cord, the budget egg vibe greatly enhanced the user experience. In the image below, you can see the product next to a ruler as a size reference.

Lovehoney Thrill Seeker with a ruler for size reference.

Something that stood out was the remote control. The 2-button interface (circled in blue below) has a plus and minus feature that makes it easy to cycle through preset 10 patterns and 6 speeds. Most of the alternatives at this price point included single-button vibes, which meant pressing the buttons continuously if you accidentally go over a favorite pattern. The plus and minus buttons make it easy to return to a specific setting with a single press. My only disappointment was that I couldn’t turn Thrill Seeker on with the remote control.

But we thought the build quality could be better. Of course, the designers used the least expensive materials to keep costs down, but a silicone finish would have been better. In addition, I wasn’t so confident with the retrieval handle because it felt like it could break anytime – I’m glad it’s still holding on.

Lovehoney Thrill Seeker and the remote

Among the affordable egg vibrators we reviewed, Lovehoney Thrill Seeker was the strongest. Although it fell a bit short because of the disposable batteries, the reviewers pointed out that the impact of the rumbles made it ideal for beginners and budget seekers.

Minor issues we found during testing:

Unlike most egg vibrators that are rechargeable, Thrill Seeker uses disposable batteries. Thrill Seeker uses two AAA batteries, and the remote uses a CR2032 battery. Besides being environmentally unfriendly, you’ll constantly need to buy batteries, which can be expensive in the long run.

Thrill Seeker can be noisy, and people will hear the buzz outside the bedroom. We measured the noise, and it clocked 75 decibels, similar to a normal conversation.

Lastly, the Thrill Seeker has a seam because of the battery compartment. The tiny dip in the middle could harbor bacteria if not washed properly.

If you want to see what Lovehoney Thrill Seeker looks like and how to use it, please watch our unboxing and demonstration video below:

You can read our Lovehoney Thrill Seeker review here.

Features:

  • Material: ABS Plastic
  • Circumference: 4.25″
  • Insertable Length: 3″

Pros:

  • A well-made egg vibe for the price.
  • The most affordable pick.
  • It’s an ideal choice for beginners and budget seekers.
  • The vibe has a decent motor with 10 patterns and 6 vibration speeds.
  • Compact and portable design.

Cons:

  • It’s relatively loud.
  • The seam in the middle could harbor bacteria if left unchecked.

4. The Mantric: Most Beginner-Friendly!

Mantric Rechargeable Remote Control Egg Vibrator

Why we love the Mantric:

We rated the Mantric egg vibrator’s simple yet resourceful design as the most newbie-friendly. It’s embossed in soft silicone material, giving it a smooth finish that feels great during and after insertion. We also loved the nifty ring on the retrieval cord, making it easy for newbies to use.

Another feature that stood out was the wireless remote control (image below). Besides enhancing the user experience, the remote’s ring shape made for easy and sturdy holding. The combination of a ringed design and silicone finish significantly improved the grip, making it easy to use the remote even with wet hands. All in all, the Mantric’s and remote’s design was good, with a great deal of attention going to the ergonomics.

Mantric Egg vibrator and the remote

The testers thought the remote control was easy to use. Unlike most controllers, you only need a single button to control the toy. They especially found the inclusion of a manual essential because using the Mantric can be troubling for novices. For instance, I was stuck when I tried to use the remote controller, but the manual highlighted that I had to turn on the egg and the remote first. While everything was straightforward from there, I enjoyed going back to learn a thing or two from the booklet.

Note: The Mantric’s overreliance on the remote controller can be annoying because one can’t work without the other. Take care of the remote because losing it could mean curtailed fun.

Mantric Rechargeable Remote Control Egg Vibrator

As you’d expect, the motor wasn’t the strongest. Even with the 7 vibration patterns, it doesn’t offer top-end rumbles for average to experienced folks. Nevertheless, the adjustable vibrations pack enough punch for beginners. With seven options to explore, any novice who fancies internal stimulation would enjoy the experience.

Unfortunately, the reading on the noise meter came back at 80 decibels (screenshot below), which is a little louder than a conversation and more like someone singing. You might have to mask the noise with music or a duvet if you don’t want your roommate to catch on.

Screenshot from my decibel app showing Mantric's sound level.

Minor issues we found during testing:

My main concern was the limited versatility. It only has seven vibration patterns, and the remote only covers a 13-foot radius, dramatically affecting the possibilities. We reviewed more versatile egg vibrators, especially those compatible with a dedicated mobile app for simplified close-range and long-distance control.

Also, I didn’t particularly appreciate that the Mantric didn’t have a storage pouch for the price.

Lastly, the remote’s ring design might be great, but I could only fit a single finger. Holding the remote with at least two fingers would have been more comfortable.

Pros:

  • A well-made egg vibe for beginners.
  • It’s easy to use.
  • Discreet packaging.
  • The travel lock feature prevents unwanted buzzing.
  • It’s USB-rechargeable.

Cons:

  • Unhealthy overreliance on the remote.
  • It has few vibration combinations.

5. We-Vibe Jive 2: The Most Discreet!

We-Vibe Jive 2

Why we love We-Vibe Jive 2:

People who have used the original We-Vibe Jive will be glad to hear that the new model has improvements to enhance the user experience. The sound level was comparatively quiet, ranging between 34 and 48 decibels, the lowest among the review samples. We also noted it got quieter once I slipped it inside, and with a little background music, the sound is completely inaudible, even in the highest settings.

The new design also offered more targeted internal stimulation. The external arm was more flexible and adjustable than its predecessor, making it more comfortable to wear for extended sessions. Overall, some solid upgrades (Bravo We-Vibe!)

We-Vibe Jive 2

Something else that caught our attention during the review was the unique hinge that makes it easy to pick a specific spot with the egg vibrator remaining in position. Unlike other models, the joint wasn’t super firm, providing a chance to wiggle during play without losing its focus. Most of the products we reviewed were either too rigid or flimsy, but We-Vibe Jive designers got it right with the balance that makes the toy the best.

The stimulations were another highlight that was too good to overlook. You’ll love the excellent range that starts low and gradually gains momentum. I found the lower vibration mode rumbly, while the higher settings were turned buzzy quickly. The well-balanced range makes the toy ideal for a wide range of users (unless you need earth-shattering rumbles).

The remote control

We-Vibe Jive 2 also came with an improved battery life and a remote control (image above), which were significant upgrades from its predecessor. Besides the pairing process that took a minute or so, the remote controller enhanced the user experience and made the sex toy ideal for partnered play.

The build quality was also above average. For starters, the egg vibe is made from high-quality and waterproof silicone material, rendering it cozy and durable. Although the remote control isn’t waterproof, the overall quality of artistry was impressive. In addition, the buttons are slightly raised, making it easy to track the different functionalities without necessarily staring at the controller.

We-Vibe Jive 2

Jive 2 also received high ratings for its versatility. The testers found it easy to regulate with either the solo button on the toy, the remote control, or the mobile app. I especially love how the application made the experience dynamic, as it added long-distance control and multiple customization options. In addition, the flexible design meant I could pair the toy with oral sex by moving the external arm out of the way.

Minor issues we found during testing:

While there are not many negatives to write about We-Vibe Jive 2, I had some issues with the remote control. It certainly helped enhance the user experience, but I didn’t particularly appreciate that it was neither waterproof nor rechargeable.

In addition, there’s no motor on the clitoral arm because the vibrations aren’t powerful enough to stimulate the clitoris as I’d have wanted.

If you want to see what the We-Vibe Jive 2 looks like and how to use it, please watch our unboxing and demonstration video below:

You can read our complete We-Vibe Jive 2 review here.

Features:

  • Material: Silicone

  • Insertable Length: 3.5″

Pros:

  • Comparatively discreet.
  • Phenomenal build quality.
  • The cozy design is ideal for long-term wear.
  • A mix of rumbly and buzzy stimulations.
  • Multiple control options.
  • Easy-to-use remote control.

Cons:

  • No dedicated motor for clitoral sensations.
  • The remote control isn’t waterproof or rechargeable.

6. Lovense Vulse: Best Thrusting Egg Vibrator!

Me holding the Vulse

Why we love Lovense Vulse:

We loved many things about the Lovense Vulse, but the self-propelling design was our favorite. Unlike a traditional egg vibrator, the Lush-like toy has a series of ridges below the head, allowing it to push back and forth. The rhythmic thrusting action propels the squidgy tip against the G-spot, making the sensations more impactful and precise.

The vibrations were more buzzy than rumbly, an issue amongst most vibrator users. However, merging the vibrations and thrusts seemed to do away with the weaker intensity associated with buzzy sex toys. “I prefer rumbly toys, but I thought Lovense Vulse felt incredibly powerful,” says Sandra Larson. “It almost felt like the thrusting action added a layer of torque to the experience. Plus, there’s no way to regulate two functions separately, so the effect is sustained from the lowest to the highest setting.”

Lovense Vulse

Let’s talk about the design. The review panel highlighted how the tapered build enhanced the user experience. Inserting the toy was easy, and the bulbous body induced a unique feeling of fullness rare with thrusting.

“I was unsure of the ridges and their effect, but I’m glad to report the findings were positive. The smooth silicone finish and overall light density meant the ridges yielded quickly during insertion without causing discomfort”, Rachel Sommer reported.

Lovense Vulse

After inserting Vulse, it felt snug inside, and at no point did it feel like it was going to slip off. Jessica and I wore it as we carried on with chores in the house and sometimes outdoors, and it stayed in place.

The outstanding build quality was another review highlight. Vulse felt sturdy in the palm, and there weren’t any doubts about its durability. “I tried shaking it a little, and there were no moving parts,” says Sandra Larson. “The all-silicone build simplified cleaning and further enhanced the durability aspect.”

Me demonstrating the manual control

The compatibility with the Lovense Remote app was another delightful feature. Pairing the app with the toy was seamless, and the endless list of customization options made the experience fun. Whether you want to use the Loop function to maintain a rhythm of your favorite settings or Float to cycle through the patterns by drawing circles on the screen, your imagination is your only limit.

The mobile app also offered standout functions like music sync and sound-activated vibrations that let you connect it with your music playlist or have the vibe respond to ambient noise. You can see screenshots from the app below.

Screenshots from the Lovense Remote App

Pro Tip: You can also sync Vulse with your car, so it gets more intense the faster you go. Word of caution? Make sure you’re a passenger and not the one driving.

Lovense Vulse with your car. This way, the toy’s intensity increases the faster you go –ensure you’re the passenger and not the one driving.

Minor issues we found during testing:

Unfortunately, Lovense Vulse isn’t the most affordable thrusting toy. It costs between $119 and $229, a considerably high price for most people. If you’re on a budget, consider giving up the dual function (thrusting and vibrating) for a more affordable model.

In addition, there wasn’t a way to regulate the vibrations and thrusting action separately. While most people don’t have a problem with the simultaneous thrusts and buzzing, it can be a bummer for folks who prefer specific sensations during different phases of self-pleasuring.

If you want to see what Lovense Vulse looks like and how to use it, please watch our unboxing and demonstration video below:

You can read our complete review of Lovense Vulse in this article.

Features:

  • Material: Silicone
  • Diameter: 1.42″
  • Length: 7.99″

Pros:

  • Robust vibration and thrusting action.
  • Phenomenal build quality.
  • Body-safe silicone material.
  • Highly versatile Lovense Remote app.
  • Endless customization options.
  • It’s ideal for shower play.

Cons:

  • The noisy thrusting action makes it ideal for the indoors.
  • It lacks separate control for the vibrations and thrusting action.

7. LELO Beads: Best For Kegel Training!

LELO Beads

Why we love LELO Beads:

So, you finally decided to explore Kegel training? Brilliant. The LELO Beads combine functionality, innovation, and comfort, which the team thought was the perfect tool to tone and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. They highlighted how the weighted vaginal beads felt secure inside, gradually working out the pelvic muscles. Whether you just gave birth or are just looking to beef up the pelvic muscles for enhanced penetrative sex and improved orgasms, the LELO beads create natural resistance, engaging the muscles as the vaginal walls work to keep them in place.

Unlike the other Kegel balls we tested, we thought the LELO Beads “moved better” once inside, engaging the pelvic floor muscles more for better results. Its minimalistic design and well-measured dimensions offered a unique balance, promoting Kegel training without feeling heavy inside. In addition, the weighted balls felt secure, and you won’t have to worry about them popping off mid-session.

Closeup of the retrieval cord

The smooth plastic material was much easier to insert than anticipated. We prefer silicone because the cozy material is ideal for squishing during Kegel training, but the plastic wasn’t problematic for our testers. More importantly, the retraction cord (close-up in the image above) proved resourceful when pulling out the beads. The package also included a harness allowing users to use two beads simultaneously. In addition, the six beads varied in weight, making it easy to customize the experience further.

The team rated the sensations as more gentle than jarring. The balls moved inside, making what can best be described as a sexy rattle. “Jessica and I have used numerous vaginal balls, but none came close to LELO’s effectiveness,” says Rachel Sommer. “The heightened sense of awareness was unlike anything else we tested, and it made the sensations trackable with the slightest of movements.”

LELO Beads

Like other Kegel toys, we recommend starting with a single bead and slowly teasing two with the harness as you get used to the feeling. “I’ve used other Kegel training products, so this wasn’t a new phenomenon,” says Sandra Larson. “However, I found the lighter balls offered a stepping stone, more like foreplay, before sliding in the weightier pieces.” Sandra pointed out that Ben Wa Balls are designed for sexual health and arousal, and not full-on orgasms. The interchangeable weighted balls create natural resistance, forcing the pelvic floor muscles to work out, ultimately strengthening the muscles.

Versatility-wise, there’s not much else to do with the Kegel balls. However, our testers appreciated that the package included six pieces with varying weights to enhance customization (you can see the different sizes below and in the YouTube video). The harness lets you use two beads simultaneously, and you can switch between different weight combinations to match your sexual needs and mood. In addition, you can go for the cheaper Mini and Classic packages if you don’t mind only having four beads.

Lastly, the material felt good, and although we’d have preferred silicone, we loved that the designer used a body-safe plastic. “The beads felt secure, especially with the harness, and even when the lube started flowing, I was always in control of the excitement,” affirms Sandra Larson. “The flexible harness felt well-made, and sliding the balls on and off was seamless.

Minor issues we found during testing:

Unfortunately, there’s no way to track the Kegel training progress digitally. LELO should add a mobile app to keep users in the loop with trackable progress and achievable goals.

In addition, the Plus package is pricey. It costs $99, which can be too much for beginners and users on a budget.

8. Lovehoney Rose Glow 2-in-1: Best Rose-Shape Egg Vibrator!

Lovehoney Rose Glow 2-in-1 Clitoral Suction Stimulator with Egg Vibrator

Why we love Lovehoney Rose 2-in-1:

Lovehoney Rose Glow 2-in-1 claimed a position on this list thanks to its uncanny rose shape and 2-in-1 design. The main head resembles a typical rose flower with multiple petals and a tiny hole in the middle for suction. Conversely, the egg vibrator has a tapered shape and bulbous body, making it perfect for internal stimulation.

Something else we loved about the design was the size of the pleasure opening on the rose-shaped suction toy (you can see a close-up of the mouth in the image below). It was on the larger side, allowing the suction to cover more surface area, thus promoting broad external stimulation.

“I was surprised that we got such a brilliantly designed external and internal stimulator for such a low price,” says Angela Kempf. “For $69.99, the dual-stimulation toy was a massive bargain,” Angela continued. Overall, we found the design and price balance impressive, credit to Lovehoney designers, who got it right with this one.

The suction pressure was comparatively intense for the size. It wasn’t as thuddy as other competing names, which we found great because it avoided overstimulation. On the other hand, the egg vibrator was also intense, but it leaned more towards the buzzy side, which could be problematic for people with super-sensitive skin.

The device charging

The Rose Glow 2-in-1 is among the easiest-to-use egg vibrators in the article. There’s no learning curve, and you won’t need a manual. Its two buttons are strategically placed so you can easily tell which controls the suction pressure and regulates the vibrations. Unlike other dual-stimulation toys in the price range, you can turn off each stimulation by holding on to either button. Pressing and holding both for four seconds activates the travel lock feature, and you’ll know because the toy buzzes and the top button flashes twice.

The egg vibrator was rated highly in the versatility category. It can be used internally and externally. Lesbians and other two-vulva couples can also test their limits with this toy, scooching together closely so that one enjoys the suction while the other explores the different vibration patterns with the bullet. We also found the air pulses resourceful, especially for people with a sensitive clit. Conversely, the bullet vibe was a fun buzz on the nipples, inner thighs, and other sensitive areas.

The content of the box

The build quality was in line with other Lovehoney toys. The entire sex toy was made from high-quality silicone, allowing you to bend or twist it often without worrying about permanent damage. The dimensions were ideal for different users, and the design felt well-made without any dents or abrasions.

Minor issues we found during testing:

Our primary concern was the noise output. The decibel readings ranged between 49 and 65 decibels when we tested it. You must suction the rose but to the clitoris and insert the vibrator inside the vagina to regulate the noise.

In addition, the pleasure air opening is on the larger side, making it ideal for broad stimulation. However, people who require focused suction concentration will find the model problematic.

Other Good Alternatives

Svakom Ella NeoSvakom Ella Neo is an ideal alternative for people seeking a versatile egg vibrator. Despite the small size, we loved the well-measured moderate vibrations that made it perfect for beginners and those with a sensitive vulva. The team loved that it was compatible with a mobile app because it made it easy to regulate the vibrations and hand over control to long-distance partners. In addition, cam site models can regulate the tip amount with the app, giving them more control over their earnings. However, the vibrations are on the lower side, and people seeking more intense and direct sensations might have to look elsewhere.

Honey Play Box OlyHoney Play Box Oly is perfect for people looking for a petite yet powerful egg vibrator. Its unique design allows you to hit the G-spot with the bulbous shape and the clitoris with the pinpointed arm. We found the size compact too, allowing it to rest comfortably inside the panties. We also loved its compatibility with the mobile app because it simplified close-range and long-distance control. Unfortunately, the buzzy vibrations can be numbing for people with a sensitive vulva or clitoris. In addition, the product is a bit loud.

OhMiBod Esca 2OhMiBod Esca 2 is another choice for people after a relatively quiet egg vibrator. The cozy C-shaped design enhances long-term wear, while the extended tail improves the Bluetooth connection so that you can regulate the pleasure even with a layer of clothing between the toy and the app. We loved that you can either use the OhMiBod or the FeelConnect app for close-range and long-distance control. Cammers will also enjoy mobile integration because it gives them more control of their earnings. Unfortunately, the sex toy is only splashproof and not waterproof, limiting the possibilities, especially in the bath.

What Is An Egg Vibrator?

Vibrating eggs are oval-shaped toys designed to deliver vibrations to your vagina, clit, G-spot, nipples, or your partner’s perineum. They get their name from their ‘egg shape’ that sets them apart from the rest of the flock. Some models come with a wired remote control, while others are wireless. You can even find some app-controlled models that you can use for long-distance control.

How To Use An Egg Vibrator?

Egg vibrators are relatively small, making them easy to use for most people, including beginners. So, like with every sex toy, start by going through the manual to check for unique settings like Bluetooth connectivity, controls, and unique vibration patterns.

Once in the loop, pour a generous amount of water-based lube on the sex toy and yourself. You can start by rubbing the vibrating egg sex toy against your clitoris in a build-up to vaginal penetration. And when you’re ready, push the tapered end into your vagina while directing it towards the belly button, AKA the G-spot haven.

A man holding a lube bottle

As soon as the love egg rubs against a sensitive region – your G-spot, hold on and let it inject the rumbles inside. Remember to reapply the lube every once in a while. You can even use the ‘re-fueling break’ to tease the clitoris, labia, and perineum before diving back to G-spot stimulation.

How To Clean An Egg Vibrator?

Before cleaning your bullet egg vibrator, look at the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure you’re doing it right. For most sex toys, however, a mild soap and warm water solution will do. And if you have a sex toy cleaner, pour an appropriate amount and get cleaning.

Cleaning Sex Toys In The Sink

For silicone and waterproof toys, you can submerge them in water. However, TPE and other non-porous materials are porous; you might have to use a clean, damp cloth to wipe off the dirt. Most importantly, rinse the sex toy with clean water and dry it before putting it away in a clean, cool, dry place.

I recommend air drying, but if you don’t have time, use a clean, lint-free towel. Especially for porous materials, ensure the vibe is completely dry before storage.

Note: remove batteries in battery-operated egg vibrators when cleaning and during storage to avoid corrosion and sex toy damage.

Happy vibing!
