And Four To Avoid
Selopa Companion looks sleek but we found several issues during testing. The first thing we noticed was that the chrome handle can detach very easily from the egg part, which exposes the USB charger. While it didn’t happen during use, we believe it could happen, especially when fumbling around for the power button, and that could be a major distraction.
We also don’t like the button placement on the body. The button is on the insertable silicone portion so there’s no way to change the speed or pattern without pulling it out at least a little bit. Having the button on the handle would have been much better.
Lovehoney Power Play 7 is not a bad egg per se but we found two issues that you should know. First, it has some very strong vibrations so it won’t be an option for beginners. Second, the remote control is attached using a wire so it won’t work for public play.
However, the feel of the egg itself and the fact that when you turn it on, the vibrations pick up at the setting where you left off make it impossible for me to call this a truly bad egg.
