It’s great to see the sex tech industry being accepted and growing, pushing out more innovative products. But one problem is keeping up with all the different types of vibes on the market. Svakom Ella Neo, for example, calls itself a “bullet vibrator,” but it doesn’t look like your standard bullet vibe, but more like an egg or wearable vibe. Regardless of what it’s called, the Ella Neo is a pretty good internal vibrator that is perfect for long-distance or public play. So I was very excited to start my testing to see what it offered.
Ella Neo is a good vibe if you enjoy moderate to low vibrations. The app allows you to control it in many different ways, including remotely with a long-distance partner or via video calling or cam sites. However, the vibrations aren’t that strong, so if this is something that bothers you, I’d probably look at purchasing something else.
Who Should Try It? Anyone who wants a whisper-quiet and discreet toy. It would also make a great first toy for someone who enjoys G-spot stimulation, as the vibes aren’t too intense.
Who Can Skip It? Ella Neo didn’t deliver on the power front, so if that’s something you’re into, I’d suggest buying Lovense Lush 3 instead. What is the Svakom Ella Neo?
The Ella Neo is an app-controlled bullet/egg vibrator designed to stimulate the vagina. The toy can be controlled through a smartphone app, on the toy itself, or at long distances with Bluetooth and wifi. You can also sync the toy to many cam and video sites. As it is a wearable, it’s perfect for public play controlled by your partner. But it’s also excellent for hand-free solo stimulation.
First Impressions & Features
Packaging
I was pleasantly surprised with the packing and admired it on my desk each time I walked past. Ella Neo came in an all-black box that looked very similar to a box you would get a watch in, and this was covered by a white cardboard sleeve containing all the product information.
Opening the box revealed the vibrator encased in the all-black casing, with the words “ELLA NEO” embossed in metallic silver. After lifting the case holding the vibe, the charging cord, storage pouch, user guide, and app guide were all revealed.
Material
The Svakom vibrator is made from non-porous silicone, ABS, and PC plastics, with the accents of the toy wrapped in gold-colored metal. The silicone is super soft to the touch, and the retrieval handle is also made from silicone, making it easy to pull out with slippery hands.
Dimensions
Ella Neo is quite similar in size to other bullet vibrators measuring 1.26 inches wide and 9.84 inches tall, including the retrieval handle—the insertable length of the toy measures 3.5 inches long.
Material
The body of this bullet vibe feels solid and durable and is covered with super soft, ribbed silicone. The design looks elevated, similar to the much more expensive LELO products, with the end of the bullet section and the button on the handle wrapped in metallic gold. This button also lights up when turned on or charging, emitting a warm and glowing light.
Battery Life and Charging
The battery life is pretty good, with an hour of charging time giving you 2.5 hours of battery life. The USB charging cord plugs into the body, directly behind the Svakom logo. This took me a little while to figure out, as the charging port on the device itself is tiny, and the online manual did not provide instructions on how to charge the device.
The manual did point out the battery was replaceable, which could increase the longevity of the vibe. The toy came with a standard USB charging cord which you can plug into certain laptops and phone chargers.
Warranty and Support
All Svakom products are covered by a one-year warranty, starting on the day of purchase. The products are also covered by a 10-year quality guarantee, beginning after the warranty has expired, allowing you to receive a 50% discount on another Svakom product, should there be a fault in the original vibe.

How to use Svakom Ella Neo?
To use this love egg, first, make sure it’s clean by giving it a good wash following the instructions below.
- Pop it on charge to help extend the battery life, and prevent it from dying on you during playtime.
- Next, grab some water-based lubricant, and lube up yourself and the toy.
- To turn on the toy, you can press and hold down the button on the device itself by holding down the “S.”
- You can also turn on the device via the external controller by pressing and holding down on the button marked with an “S.” These buttons allow you to cycle through and change the vibration pattern.
- Or you can use the app to control the intensity of the vibrations and select different vibe patterns.
- To turn the toy off, press and hold either of the “S” buttons and remember to clean the machine before storing it away.

My Personal Experience
Design
The design of the vibe itself, along with the packaging, was my favorite thing about this vibrator. For the price, the design seemed elevated, with a lot of attention to detail. This is usually reserved for high-end toys, such as those from LELO.
One aspect of the design that was lacking was the app and the Svakom website. They felt very outdated and didn’t match the quality of the design of the product. When looking at the website for instructions on how to use the app, the app manual provided screenshots of the app that went from English to Spanish and then back to English again.
Settings
Outside of the app, the settings are fairly typical of a vibrator. However, the Svakom website states there are eleven vibration patterns and five vibration intensities. Still, when cycling through each vibration pattern using the device, I could only find one, which was pretty weak.
Stimulations
The stimulations really let me down. When turning on the toy, there was only one mode of constant vibration and then 11 different vibrational patterns. I couldn’t seem to find a way to increase the intensity of the continuous vibe, which was a huge letdown. I tried looking in the manual for directions, but nothing stated how to increase the intensity. If it’s possible to increase the vibes, this would be a fantastic toy for the price.
That being said, the toy did sit nicely against the G-spot and was easy to control via my phone through the app or external control.
Build Quality
The toy’s quality was amazing, particularly the aesthetics, and the vibe looked comparable to much more expensive toys like LELO. I appreciated the light in the external controller, which helped you find and control it if used in a dark room. The quality of the silicone also felt very high-end, as it was super soft to the touch.
Sound Level
The noise level on the toy was pretty low, but this is likely because the vibration intensity was lacking. Once inside, the toy could barely be heard, which is perfect if you live with roommates or family.
When I measured it, the max sound level was 48.7 dB, which is like a quiet whisper.
App Features
Compared to other vibrator apps, the Svakom app seemed to lack design and functionality. When using the music mode, the app crashed each time I tried to select a song from my Apple Music collection, which was frustrating. I also couldn’t seem to find the option to connect with Spotify. When using it with my partner remotely, the Svakom app would only work when we were in the same room and would lose connection if any further away.
Other apps allow you to create your own vibration pattern, which wasn’t possible for the Ella Neo and was slightly disappointing, as the patterns mirrored those preset to the device. The free touch mode also differed from other apps, as your finger must touch the device at all times to deliver constant vibrations. In contrast, other apps have constant vibrations when you take your finger off, just a reduced intensity.
As stated above, the app’s design was also subpar and needed a refresh. Most people would purchase this toy to use it with the app, as it’s slightly more expensive than remote-controlled toys, so I think that the app really needs to improve in quality and function if it wants to compete with other apps.
The only reason I continue to use the Svakom app is because it allows the device to be used hands-free, which is good for public play if you want a partner to control it for you (if in very close proximity, of course).

People who are into clitoral stimulation or super rumbly vibes. The Ella sex toy just didn’t deliver on the vibration intensity front, so if that’s something you’re into, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. The app functionality also lacked compared to other apps, so if that’s a priority, I recommend buying a similar toy from We-Vibe, or other brands with well-functioning apps. If an app-controlled toy isn’t your priority, I’d also steer clear, as there are much better remote-controlled egg vibes for a lower price.
How to clean the Svakom Ella Neo?
Clean the vibrator using warm water and anti-bacterial, fragrance-free soap or a sex toy cleaner. Do not use any other products to clean the device, such as alcohol, as this may damage the silicone and cause irritation to the body. Once clean, ensure the vibe is dry before storing it in the storage bag or somewhere free from dust, moisture, direct sunlight, and direct contact with other toys. Remember to always give your toys a clean before each use.
How to connect Svakom Ella Neo with the app?
To connect the vibrator to the app for local and long-distance use, download the “Svakom” app from either the Google Play store or the App Store.
- Once downloaded, ensure your Bluetooth is activated on your phone and open the app.
- Then turn on the device, jump into the app, and select ‘connect.’ The app should then automatically sync with the vibrator.
- If you want to add your partner to the device for long-distance use, make sure that your profile is discoverable, which can be done by tapping the settings icon, followed by the profile icon. Then tap the “ + ” icon, followed by “add partner,” and add your partner’s user name (your partner would have already needed to have created a profile on the app).
- Once you have found your partner’s profile, send them an invitation.
- When they have accepted the invitation, jump over to the private chat room function to add the Ella Neo, which you do by tapping the “+” icon on the bottom left-hand side. This should then activate the toy on your partner’s chat, allowing them to control the device.

To control the egg vibe with the app, first download the app from the Google Play or App Store and sync the device to the app using the instructions above. Once the vibrator has paired with the app, there are multiple ways to control it.
- Select ”Play” on the app’s homepage to access these functions. From there, you can access five functions: free touch, set modes, music mode, sound mode, and remote mode.
- Free touch mode allows you to control the intensity of the vibrations by sliding your finger on the screen of your phone or device.
- Set modes give you access to a library of different vibrational patterns and allow you to select the vibration intensity for each pattern.
- Music mode allows you to sync the vibrations to your favorite playlist.
- The sound mode will change the vibration intensity in accordance with the sounds around you. If there is a loud noise, the toy will vibrate at a higher intensity.
- Finally, the remote mode allows a long-distance partner to control the vibrator from a separate location through the app using the same modes described above.
Are There Any Good Alternatives?
Svakom Ella
The Svakom Ella is almost identical to the Ella Neo, besides the gold accents and video and cam site compatibility. It’s waterproof, app-controlled, has eleven patterns and five vibrational patterns, and lasts for two hours after an hour’s charge.
Although it lacks video capability and doesn’t look as lovely as the Neo, it’s priced roughly the same, at $94, compared to the Neo at $99, which is quite odd. For $5 extra, I’d definitely pick the Neo, as it looks a lot more elegant than its predecessor.
Svakom Elva vs. Ella Neo
The Svakom Elva and Ella Neo are somewhat similar toys, with the main difference being that the Elva is controlled by a remote only, while you can control it on the device itself and with the app. Both are very similar in materials, size, shape, weight, and water repellency, but the Elva lasts an hour longer and is about $25 cheaper.
The main selling point for the Ella Neo is the app and its multiple functions. So if that’s something you’re interested in, definitely go with the Neo. But if you’re just after an egg vibe with no additional features, you’re better off with the Elva.
Lovense Lush 3
The Lovense Lush 3 is a wearable vibe that has app functionality. Like the Neo, the Lovense app allows users to sync their vibe to the music and sounds around them. But unlike the Neo, the Lovense app enables you to set an alarm on your device, so it vibrates to wake you up!
The Lush three is waterproof, made from silicone, and is 2.94 inches tall, 1.37 inches wide, and 3.77 inches long. It features seven different vibration patterns, with a whole lot more on the app, and will set you back $119.00.

If you are looking for a wearable egg vibrator with much more power, try the We-Vibe Jive. This super quiet vibe is waterproof, made from silicone, and measures 3.62 x 2.52 x 1.41 inches.
The app allows you to create your own vibration patterns, and the Bluetooth works exceptionally far, allowing your partner to control it from another room. Combined with an internet connection and Bluetooth, you can also use this toy with a long-distance partner. The Jive is also reasonably priced, coming in at $119.00.
