What is Bathmate HydroXtreme?

How to Choose Your HydroXtreme Model?
Bathmate recognizes that all our wangs hang at different lengths, so they have made a radical range of HydroXtremes so we can all get the right pump for our junk.
To figure out which model is best for you, you must measure your penis. You can do this either with a ruler or a tape measure. Measure the penis length, and if you have a girthy member, measure the circumference too.
The sizing of HydroXtremes changes at two-inch intervals to give you the best fit and room to grow. They have made it quite simple to know what you need to buy. The number indicates the maximum penis size it can accommodate when erect (I got the number 9).
For example, if your penis is 5-7 inches, you need the HydroXtreme7. For a 7-9 inch, the HydroXtreme9, and so on, either up or down the scale. The smallest is the HydroXtreme3 and the largest is the HydroXtreme11. They even have a HydroXtreme7 Wide for you girthy fellows out there. They even have a size guide on their website, making ordering a breeze.
How to Use Bathmate HydroXtreme?
Before using any penis pump, it is always best to trim or shave your pubic hair completely. Not only does it create an airtight seal, but it will prevent them from being pulled on.
- Relax in the warm water to allow your testicles to descend away from your body. You do not want to pump while you have raisin baggage and risk sucking up a testicle. Do not pump with an erect penis the first few times. You can put too much stress on penile tissues that are not ready for it. Soft and floppy for the win!
- Before filling it with water, you must lock the pip to trap the water inside wholly. Push down on the pip and move it left or right to the locked position. Closing the pip can be tricky at first and hurt your fingertips. This procedure is not necessary for the bath.
- Remove the comfort pad, fill the HydroXtreme with as much warm water as possible, and reapply the comfort pad. It is vital to remove it when filling it with water to prevent air bubbles. Use the markers on the side to ensure it is lined up correctly. You may lose some water when reapplying it.
- Insert your flaccid penis into the device measuring side up, and use your free hand to hold your testicles as far back as possible.
- Press the HydroXtreme firmly against your pubic bone to create a seal. You can position it at whatever angle feels best for you. It will take a few tries to make the seal. I found I had to be shaved entirely to get a good seal.
- Once sealed, tilt the device upwards and release the pip into its central unlocked position.
- Lock the valve cap at the end by twisting it clockwise.
- Attach the hand pump by connecting the hose to the valve.
- Begin pumping slowly and ease your way into it. With each pump, you will see your penis pulled into the chamber, and the rubber bellows at the base will compress. If they have compressed completely, do not pump anymore, this is the optimal amount of pressure.
- Remove the hose and pump so you can later remove the suction chamber.
- Leave yourself inside the chamber for 2-5 minutes. You only want to stay there for a maximum of five minutes.
- To remove the pump, start by unlocking the valve with a counter-clockwise twist.
- Pushing the valve inwards activates the quick release. You are now free to slide out of the HydroXtreme.
- Repeat the process two more times for the best results. The total recommended time inside the pump is 15 minutes, broken into 5-minute intervals with 2-3 minute breaks.
All-in-all it takes some time to work it out at first. It feels like you are conducting a lab project with all those steps. After a week or so, it does become a more natural process.

My Personal Experience
Introduction
My partner and I were both pretty damn excited to experience the changes that were about to happen to my penis. Over ten weeks, we used it as much as possible. Thankfully she was there to remind and motivate me to use it every day because I most likely would have gotten lazy on my own. Of course, there were days we missed, but never more than one or two a week. Below you will see all the ins and outs of our exciting experience.
Packaging
The package the HydroXtreme arrives in is a real eye-catcher. With its bold lettering and simple imagery, it’s sure to grab any man’s attention. At first glance, you would think it is some plumbing apparatus or something for washing your car. The graphics combined with the fine finish of the box (image below) make it a wonderful gift for any man. Opening it and going through all the items adds a luxurious element to the HydroXtreme.
No packaging is genuinely environmentally friendly, but I feel Bathmate did their best by eliminating styrofoam and padding and instead placing everything inside the travel bag.
Build Quality
The quality that went into building the HyrdoXtreme is evident when you first pick it up. The plastic of the vacuum chamber is not cheap at all. It would be hard to break it without having the intention of breaking it, and lord knows I dropped it plenty of times in the shower.
The hose and pump feel equally durable and ready for a long pumping life. The silicone found at the bottom of the chamber is solid and thick and is not about to crack or lose shape anytime soon. It’s incredible that it stays true when you use it and apply so much pressure to the device.
Design
Of all the penis pumps I have used in the past, I’ve always felt inadequate when I look at my penis in these massive horse-sized vacuum chambers. Those one-size-fits-all products feel like they cut you down before you begin. I loved that Bathmates suit specific penis sizes, and it no longer feels like you are trying to fill a knee sock with a carrot.
Seeing your penis in a more petite frame also allows you to see micro changes and boosts your confidence faster. It’s also easier to manipulate a smaller model, especially when wet and slippery in the shower.
The hand pump is a serious luxury compared to the other Bathmate models (circled in red above). No longer will you be hunched over and hammering this thing into yourself. The ruler on the side of the chamber is a helpful reference but is inaccurate. More on this issue below.
I liked the idea behind the shower strap to free up your hands when needed. I welcomed it at first. However, I found it more burdensome than it was worth over time.
Materials
The body-safe silicone comfort pad on the base of the HydroXtreme does add a surprising amount of comfort. Not only does it soften up the initial vacuum seal, but it also helps to create that vacuum. However, after using it for a few weeks, I gradually stopped using the comfort pad. It was necessary at first, but as I got accustomed to the pump, it became one more piece to clean and did not add much to the experience.
The vacuum tube is made from incredibly sturdy ABS plastic, which is also a body-safe material.
The rest of the HydroXtreme consists of rubber and plastic. It is easy to clean as none of it absorbs water or bodily fluids. Scrubbing was not an issue, as it is used in the bath or shower.
Ease of use
The HyroXtreme has a learning curve to be as efficient as possible. The first few times using it can feel like a juggling act as you let water in and out and try to create a vacuum seal on yourself. After about a week, the process becomes a no-brainer, and you will be pumping in seconds. Even my partner could pop it on me during our role-playing sessions.
The hand pump makes it very easy to increase the pressure, so much so that you must be careful not to overdo it since there is no pressure gauge to keep you informed. This is especially true while using it with your partner. Make sure you communicate well or have a safe word.
Cleaning is easy since you’re already in the shower where the soap and water live. It does, however, take a couple of minutes to clean all the different parts, but the lack of bodily fluids and lube makes it easier than cleaning a stroker.
Stimulations
Using the HydroXtreme the first few times, even the first few weeks, is a bizarre sensation. The first time using it, I would not call it pleasurable; maybe that was because I was so focused on what could go wrong and was not relaxed. As you would guess, it pulls on your dick, but there is something nice about feeling all that pressure on your penis. If you are not circumcised, it will pull on your foreskin and could become swollen and sensitive; this is normal.
Eventually, the pressure on your penis becomes an enjoyable sensation, and it becomes exciting to use. Plus, it’s hard not to be excited when you have a raging hard-on.
During the first few weeks, my penis was far more sensitive than usual after using the pump, which is a common side effect. There were times during the first three weeks when I couldn’t pump myself to my usual amount. I also experience slight bruising along my penis, which is not uncommon.
Sometimes such sensitivity was welcomed and added to the fun I had with my erection. Other times it was just too damn sensitive to do anything with, and I had to let my glorious boner slowly deflate without being used—sigh. When that happened, though, it generally alleviated within 15-20 minutes, and I was ready to return to the action.
My wife and I loved the pumped-up look of my penis and, more importantly, how it felt for us both. She said she noticed a change in penis girth and firmness from the first time we pumped. Minor Issues I Found During Testing
As I mentioned earlier, the measuring system does not give you accurate readings and is more of a guide. Due to the flexibility of the silicon suction cup at the entry point, the HydroXtreme will never sit on you the same way twice as it compresses in different ways every time. A pressure gauge would be far more helpful, but no water-based penis pump has one yet.
Similarly, the ruler they provide you is also very odd in design. As you can see in the image below, zero does not begin at the ruler’s edge like a standard one but rather half a centimeter up, so when you press it against your pelvis to measure yourself, you are not getting an accurate reading.
Using a penis pump regularly is always time-consuming, and the fact that the HydroXtreme is designed for the bath or shower makes it water-consuming too. Suppose you are environmentally conscious or live in a place with water scarcity; I suggest turning the shower off while pumping.
The last problem I found was trying to release the pressure slowly or make minor adjustments, and I found I would often lose too much pressure.
Short Term Results
When we started using the pump, the results could not be ignored. My penis had an added girth to it. Within the first week, the girth had increased by 0.2 inches. Every week I noticed the girth expanding.
The length was harder to notice at first. During the first few pumps, my penis was no longer than its natural length when fully erect. It did feel longer, but that was just because I was harder. At around week three, the length began to change. I first noticed the length increase by 0.15 of an inch. I did not measure it every day, so maybe that is why.
The firmness of my erections was the most noticeable effect the HydroXtreme had. I felt like I could dent a car door with my erections. Surprisingly I was able to last longer without blowing my load.
Long Term Results
The long-term results were equally pleasing. I was getting better erections like a teenager again, and they would pop up at a moment’s notice and be ultra-hard. Wow, what a boost to my confidence that was.
After ten weeks, my length had grown by 0.55 inches. Even while flaccid, my penis was 0.2 inches longer. The girth of my dick increased by 0.3 inches. Not too bad for 15 minutes a day of playing with myself. Realistically, I would have played with myself for 15 minutes a day without the HydroXtreme, so this was fantastic.
