The dynamics can be complicated, especially if two of the three are already in a relationship, so it’s wisest and kindest to establish expectations and boundaries well in advance. 1. Double Cowgirl (Recommended for FFM)

This may be the position that most heterosexual men think about when they think about FFM threesomes. The only thing better than being ridden by a cowgirl is being ridden by two! The cowgirls can focus on riding, or they can kiss and play with each other if they are so inclined.

What We’re Doing

The penetrating partner lies on their back on the bed with legs straight or slightly bent. They can place a small, firm cushion under their neck or head for support.
Receiving partner #1 straddles, kneels, or squats over the penetrating partner’s pelvis.
Receiving partner #2 straddles, kneels, or squats over the penetrating partner’s mouth.

2. Tag Team (Recommended for MFM)

5. Daisy Chain (Any Gender Combination)

In this position, all pleasure is oral, so any compatible combination of genders works just fine. It works best when partners are of similar heights (an equilateral triangle has three sides of equal length), but any three determined folks can make this happen.
