Even though I’m a fan of brands that send you a storage bag to keep your toys in, this bag was slightly disappointing. It has a hole on each side, big enough for the remote and charging cord to slip through easily. The dildo is too large to slip through, but the bag’s function is diminished since you can’t keep everything in one place.
The user guide mentions the opening, which is meant for discreet charging. So, the gap may be an advantage rather than a disadvantage for those who want to charge the toy while it’s in the bag. It would be nice if the bag had smaller holes so only the cord could fit through while still allowing the bag to function as a storage space.

The Lovehoney Desire Luxury double-ended strap-on dildo is made from silky silicone. The remote control and accents on the toy are ABS plastic. The dildo is waterproof, but the remote is splashproof.
Dimensions
This toy is long and girthy, but not so much that it isn’t accessible for beginners. If your partner is new to prostate play (or lesbian strap-on sex), you should probably plan on a little bit of warm-up time.
Design

The user manual said it would take 150 minutes to charge fully and lasts up to an hour. When I tested it, the battery lasted for one hour and fifty-six minutes on the first setting, and it took two hours and fourteen minutes to recharge, both outperforming the manual’s indications.
Another cool feature is that the light flashes quickly to indicate a low battery, so you get a heads-up before having to stop the fun.
Lastly, it has a standby time of three months for the vibrator and a year for the remote.
Controls
The Desire has three buttons: plus, minus, and mode. The plus button starts the toy and increases the intensity, and the minus button decreases the intensity or turns the toy off. And the mode button will cycle you through the eight different patterns.
You can’t operate the shafts independently. It would be more versatile to have one button for one end and one for the other since different partners may not like the same vibration intensity level, or one partner may prefer patterns and the other may like consistency.
However, you can choose from the eight different modes to help address any incongruent preferences. Mode 3 turns the long shaft’s motor off while the short shaft consistently vibrates. Mode 2 turns the short shaft off, while the long shaft receives consistent vibration.

My Personal Experience
Ease Of Use
I gave this toy a try solo before trying it with a partner. When I started, I was nervous about whether it would stay in—especially if I used the amount of lube I usually do.
I do Kegels often, and this still felt like a workout to me. The knobbier, shorter shaft is for the person doing the penetrating. This shaft is designed to help you keep it in place, giving you something to grab with your PC muscles.
If you have PC muscles of steel, this may be no trouble. However, I preferred keeping my legs closed because it was easier to focus on the sexier aspects of the activity. If you’re like me, using it in a position where the penetrated partner sits on your lap may be the easiest way to keep it inside without doing sex acrobatics.
Pro Tip: After trying it, I realized there’s a little trick to getting it to stay in place. The penetrating person should close their thighs tightly so the toy doesn’t slip out. If you don’t close your legs tightly, you must do an extreme Kegel to keep it inside the whole time.
Next, when you clamp your legs shut, it takes a minute to find a comfortable position to penetrate someone. Plan on using your arm strength to help you thrust since your legs are already busy.
In my case, I felt like it was a bit easier to hold it in place with my hand part of the time, particularly when changing positions. If that’s not something you’re into, you may prefer a strap-on that uses a harness instead.
