How We Picked the Products

Why we love LELO Loki Wave:

LELO Loki Wave’s intuitive control interface has an indented button and four surrounding ones to regulate the vibrations and come-hither technology (image above). While the buttons could be raised more to simplify the experience, they’re pretty standard and easy to use.

Unfortunately, there aren’t different buttons for the come-hither motion and perineum stimulator. The only way to get independent control is by cycling through the preset ten settings because some turn off the fingering movements and perineum vibrations.

What about the new LELO Loki Wave 2?

LELO Loki Wave 2 has slightly stronger vibrations (10% more) and is more comfortable for longer-term wear than the original Loki Wave. This is because it has more powerful motors, and the flexible neck makes it more comfortable to wear.

Something else that stood out was the curved shaft. The testers thought that combined with the tapered head, it made it easy to achieve prostate orgasms.

Lovehoney Curved’s 6″ insertable length proved dynamite during self-testing. Even the most experienced folks on the team reported positive news on the size aspect. “It might not be the most resourceful for users looking to combine prostate massage with girth play, but it sure does hit the right spots,” Shane Davis told me.

Away from the confidence that comes with using a small sex toy, especially for anal play, Lovehoney Curved’s small size meant I could turn up the heat without worrying about damaging my butt. The occasional hard and fast strokes were fun, and I didn’t have to deal with painful post-use experiences like with the larger prostate stimulation toys.

Lastly, the suction cup base was impressive (image below). Especially on wet surfaces like the shower walls and floor, it hung on throughout my sessions.

I tried using a few bullet vibrators on the small pouch beneath the base, and the vibrations weren’t as powerful. Admittedly, I felt the rumbles around the base, which was surprisingly enjoyable because of the reverberating rimming effect, but the fun didn’t go past the base.

njoy Pure Wand is the best metal prostate dildo we reviewed. The stainless-steel dildo has a classic shine that glistens from afar.

Besides the ergonomics, the P-spot stimulating Wand has a curved shaft and two bulbous heads on either side, making it perfect for prostate stimulation. More importantly, the bulbous ends are differently sized, 1″ and 1.5″ (image below), making it ideal for most users, regardless of experience and gender (Sandra loves the dildo).
