How To Use Lovense Lapis?
After unboxing the Lapis, charge it. Charging the Lovense Lapis is simple since it comes with a magnetic USB recharging cable. The user manual estimated that it would take 105 minutes to come to a full charge and then last for up to 156 minutes, a rather specific estimate. The double-ended dildo died after exactly two hours and thirty minutes on the lowest setting, which is a decent battery life considering how rumbly the vibes are. And then it took an hour and forty-five minutes to charge, just as the manual predicted.
Next, clean the Lapis thoroughly. You should learn about the features before getting started, as having to consult the manual mid-masturbation is the opposite of sexy. Press the power button for three to five seconds to turn it on. With each subsequent press of the button, it will cycle through the preprogrammed settings: low, medium, and high, and then four vibration patterns.
If you decide to use the Lovense app, pair the toy before starting your intimacy activities. The first step is to download the Lovense Remote app. Press the power button until a light flashes, which indicates it’s ready to pair. In the app, press the button that looks like a paperclip, and then tap the plus sign. After you pair your Lapis for the first time, it will pair automatically the next time. My Personal Experience
Though I was excited to try the Lovense Lapis, strapless strap-ons always make me doubt myself just a little. Would my pelvic floor muscles prove heroic during my next intimacy session? The aesthetic, innovative design is gorgeous and sturdy, and I am in love with the shape since it also provides clitoral vibrations. Further, Lovense took great care to make this toy lighter weight than some of the other strapless strap-ons on the market.
The design was thoughtful in so many ways. For instance, the structure of the smaller internal arm is thicker and has more knobs for internal gripping. Next, the on/off button is located in the only spot that will be easy to access once this toy is inside two bodies: the base of the dildo where the clit stimulation is located. Button placement is key when you’re exploring and don’t want to interrupt the moment of pleasure! Also, the strapless design is posable thanks to the flexible neck, meaning that it should be comfortable for prolonged pleasure no matter your body type. However, I’m not entirely sure why the penetrating end is shaped vaguely phallically. This toy is advertised as an inclusive pleasure device that works for heterosexual couples, lesbians, nonbinary folks, and trans folks. The target audience may not want something phallic. I think a more modern, penis-free design would have made more sense. For the same reason, I also wish it came in a couple of different color options.

The Lovense Lapis has my favorite kind of body-safe silicone—silky and plush, yet not malleable. It’s not so soft that the vibrations are muted, but it’s soft enough to feel slightly like skin. This is a top-of-the-line material in the world of intimate toys.

Build Quality and Dimensions
The Lovense Lapis’ build quality is phenomenal. Posable toys often have weak joints that will bite the dust with repeated use. However, this feels incredibly sturdy, no matter which angle you pose it at.

The Lapis itself only has one button. This button functions as the on/off button, and it will cycle you through some basic settings as well. Minor Issues I Found During Testing
