How To Use Sammie Velvet Thruster Prime?
The Sammie Velvet Thruster Prime isn’t a complex dildo to use but it will take some time to get started. Before you get started, you should wash and charge it. My Personal Experience
Trying the Sammie Velvet Thruster was a ton of fun. I had already had the opportunity to try two other Prime Thrusters—the Nanci and the Jackie—earlier, and I was beyond impressed with those sex machines. They were so versatile and powerful, and they were able to deliver G-spot stimulation for over four hours on a single charge.
But when testing a portable sex machine, size matters. I knew that Sammie would be different because he had such a long head and heavy body. The other Thruster sex toys were smaller and lighter. To get a good sense of this thrusting toy, I wanted to test it with all the attachments—and I did.
This self-thrusting toy worked well with all of them except for the suction cup. Though it was fine on the ground, anywhere else it seemed to sag a bit because the suction cup couldn’t quite hold it up. If the suction cup is the main way you want to use this toy, you might want to try one of the Mini Thrusters, the Nanci, or the Jackie, so that it pairs a bit better with the suction cup. I was impressed by the battery life, but I knew I would be going in. When I tested the other Original Velvet Thrusters, the thrusting dildo’s base was the same, and so was the battery life.
That’s one of the things I liked best about this thrusting dildo and all of the Prime Thrusters. They’re very customizable. If you get tired of one thrusting dildo, you can take off the removable shaft and replace it with something else.
When I tested the Sammie, I realized the main difference was that it felt capable of deeper thrusts. The smooth surface made the speed and stroke length much more comfortable.
Was Sammie my favorite choice of the shaft from the Velvet Prime collection? No, it wasn’t. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing. If you love giant dildos and intense thrusting, this should be a selling point. I typically enjoy smaller heads, so the fact that it’s not at the very top of my list is a testament to its size and power.
Packaging
The Velvet Thruster Prime packaging comes with the basics, and the basics only. Inside, you’ll find the toy and a charging cord. Since this toy is on the higher end of the price spectrum, it would be a nice touch if a sample packet of lube was included.
Design
Sammie’s design is excellent. Sex toys that come with multiple heads or extensions are difficult to put together well. Often, the seams won’t line up or one head type will fit a bit better than another. That’s not the case with this collection. Even though you can purchase different shafts and attachments, the design is so flawless that it straddles the line of easy to put on while maintaining a perfect fit. 10/10!
As you can see in the image above, a lot of thought went into making this dildo realistic. The veins and head shape are realistic, even if the size is a bit optimistic. However, the colors aren’t realistic too—there’s not even an option for a realistic color. I think it might have been a bit more thoughtful to make some of the colors flesh-toned rather than mint and lilac to further cater to the crowd who wants something real. As is, only the design is realistic and not the color.

The Sammie shaft is made from body-safe medical-grade silicone. It’s silky soft, which is a must when the strokes are this intense and the size is this impressive.
Stimulations
Powerful stimulations are what the Sammie Velvet Thruster Prime is all about. The stimulations are incredible. Even though you don’t have to plug this toy into the wall, they are fast and furious (perhaps even 2 fast, 2 furious). Sound Level
You can’t make an omelet without breaking some eggs, and likewise, you can’t get a high-powered thrusting toy that’s silent. Not yet, anyway. Though this toy is nowhere near silent, it’s not so noisy as to be obtrusive. When I tested it, the decibels ranged from 59 – 67, which is a little louder than the equivalent of a normal conversation.
If you’re worried about the noise, turn on the TV or some music, and keep your door closed. If your family or roommates suspect something, just tell them you’re learning how to use a sewing machine—at least, that’s how it sounds to me!
