My Personal Experience

Ease Of Use
When I first tried it, I noticed the wide range of intensity levels. The first setting is gentle on this clit stimulator, and the higher settings pack a punch.

It’s one of the reasons that the app functionality is a bit limited with this toy. However, though the settings are simple, I appreciated how straightforward the toy was. It didn’t detract from my enjoyment; instead, it made concentrating on the pleasure easier during PIV sex.
Stimulations
Compared with other clitoral stimulators, I appreciated that this toy had a wide range of stimulation. The low settings are truly low, and the higher ones bring plenty of intensity.

Charging
The user manual suggested that the We-Vibe Melt would take 90 minutes to charge and would last 2 hours once fully charged.
When I tested it, it took just one hour to charge and lasted three hours and fifty-two minutes on the lowest setting, well under the estimate. The battery did better than the manual suggested on both fronts!
The We-Connect app
One of the best parts about the Melt is that you can use it with the We-Connect app. It has top-of-the-line functionality, plus it’s very secure, especially considering that it’s a free app. Your data is protected with end-to-end encryption, giving you that extra layer of security when you use it.
The We-Connect app doesn’t have quite the functionality of the Lovense app, but it has the basic functionality that will be even more exciting when you play with a partner. Interestingly, the functionality is limited only to this app-controlled toy. The app-control function is much more comprehensive than other We-Vibe toys. But when you pair it with the Melt, you can give your partner control, but all they will be able to do is turn the clitoral stimulation up and down. You can’t make patterns with this toy.
Since the We-Connect app functionality is so simple with the Melt, it’s not much of an upgraded experience from the regular button use of the toy. So if you’re not using it with a partner, I might stick to the buttons for a no-fuss masturbating experience.
After you get through the introductory screens, it brings you to the home page where you can connect your toy, connect your toy with your partner (which used to be called “connect lover”) or read some of their articles about sexuality. You’ll want to connect your toy to the app. It lists all the sex toys they have that are app-compatible, so select the Melt. Then, hold the plus button until it vibrates two times, which takes three to five seconds. Then, you have to agree to use BlueTooth to connect the app to your toy. Congrats! Your toy is now connected.
Another cool feature is that the app will tell you exactly how much life your battery has left, so you will know exactly when to charge it or when you can eke out a few more minutes of pleasure.
1. Adjusting Your Profile
Now, you can either play or adjust the settings in your profile. Though playing is far more fun, you might want to glance at the settings first to ensure they fit your preferences.
You can adjust the sleep mode settings, maximum intensity settings, or delete the toy from your app. The sleep mode settings are automatically set to turn the toy off after 15 minutes. So, if you’re planning on having an extended playtime, you might want to up that to at least 30 minutes or an hour, but you can set it to four hours.
The maximum intensity settings default to 100%, which is perfect if you want to explore the most extreme suction this toy has to offer. However, if you’re on the sensitive side, you can have this toy max out at levels as low as 1%.

When you’re ready, select the option for play. The home page has an arrow, and you can move the Melt text up and down on this arrow depending on how much suction you’re in the mood for. Or, you can go to manage toys. Here, you can see which toy is active or add other toys for simultaneous use.
3. Long-Distance Play
If you’re ready to use this toy with a partner, head back to the home screen and select “Long Distance Play; connect your partner.” Then, you can add their name and hit the “create” button. Next, you can send them an invite so they can download the app (either on the Google Play Store or the Apple Store) and get ready to play with you.
You’ll know they’re online and ready for fun when you go to the We-Vibe center and see they’re available. Until then, your partner’s name will say “pending.” But once you’re connected and ready, you can play with your partner even if they are in a different country!
Further, you can add more than one partner, which is inclusive of poly-couples! A very thoughtful touch.

Satisfyer Pro 2 vs. We-Vibe Melt
