Unboxing
Dame has upgraded their packaging since the last time I received a sex toy from them. I liked their old packaging, which seemed retro and like something you might see at the drugstore. But their new packaging is gorgeous. And for the price, this is a highly giftable toy.
Once I opened the box, I found the G-spot vibrator, instruction manual, USB charging cable, and a storage bag. Lastly, it came with a cute little o-face sticker that I adore (image above).
The toy also came with a business card that said, “Get in touch with yourself,” and asked me to sign up for their Pleasure Hotline. I was intrigued. When I scanned the QR code, it brought me to Dame’s official website, so I was disappointed. So, I reached out to their customer service team and am still waiting to hear back and find out what the Pleasure Hotline is.

How to Use Dame Arc?
The Dame Arc vibrator is easy to use. After washing and charging the toy, use the power button to turn it on (the small one at the base of the Arc). Hold the power button for a couple of seconds to turn it on and off, or push it briefly to cycle through the five patterns.
Then, lube the vibe up with your favorite water-based lube, and lube yourself up, too. To try internal G-spot stimulation, insert it into your vaginal opening with the pointed clit stimulating ridge facing your belly button so that it hits your front wall. Insert as far as is comfortable, gently stroking until you find the right area.

My Personal Experience
Saying that I’m a massive fan of the Dame brand is an understatement. I love their toys and their steadfast focus on sexual wellness and creating body-safe products. Their design is unique, their sex toys find the perfect spot between budget and luxury, and they get the job done. There are always Dame products on my nightstand. So when I got the opportunity to write a Dame Arc review, I was thrilled. And yet I knew this would be an honest review (just like all of my other reviews) because I’m always hard on sex toys.
However, I hadn’t tried a G-spot toy from them before. And I’d never tried a G-spot toy quite like this one. It’s long, and the shape of the head is made to put pressure on your G spot without you having to angle your wrist uncomfortably. I had high hopes that this toy would be as impressive as their other offerings.
Once it was fully charged, I was ready to go. I tried the patterns, but as is generally the case, I preferred constant vibration. The patterns were fun, and there are five to choose from, which is plenty for people who need to change things up occasionally.
It’s worth noting that insertion was easier than I thought it would be. The curve at the tip of the Arc was super soft, and it didn’t hurt my pubic bone or give me any unpleasant sensations. I enjoyed the G-spot sensations and was pleased to find that it also made for an unbelievable clit vibrator.

As I mentioned in the unboxing section, Dame has taken its packaging game up several notches. Its new packaging design is gorgeous and giftable, which is rare for this price point! The Arc by Dame comes in a beautiful, sturdy blue container (image below) that was pretty enough that I was reluctant to get rid of it.
Design
The design is thoughtful. Many G-spot vibrators use softer silicone which can result in less pressure on the G-spot. The Arc’s design uses the shape of the toy’s protruding head to ensure a pleasant full sensation on that spot, even without you having to angle the toy to push on it.
The design of the head was ingenious for other reasons, too, namely that it works well on people with clits who enjoy different types of vibration. Some have one spot they prefer to pinpoint, and the beak side of the head will work well for them (on the right in the image below). Others prefer broad stimulation, in which case they can flip the Arc around and use the backside for more widespread vibes (on the left in the image below).
The handle is long, which is a lovely touch. During partnered sex, I didn’t have to hunch over to reach the toy easily and could relax and let the handle do the work for me.
I love the color choices. It’s always a pleasant surprise to find sex toys with color options other than pink (though the Arc used to come in pink). It’s also not phallic-shaped, so it will work for people who are attracted to any gender. However, it is designed primarily for people with clits.
Lastly, the buttons are on the Arc’s base in an area that’s easy to control while you masturbate. It seems like that should be obvious, but many sex toys end up having difficult-to-reach buttons once the toy is in place. Not this one!

Stimulations
Though the website describes this device as having rumbly vibes, I’m not as confident. While the vibrations are intense, they feel primarily buzzy to me. I prefer buzzy vibes, and this sex toy has the perfect level since there is an extensive range from light to powerful. Only at the highest setting does the vibration give me a sense of rumbliness.
Sound Level
This device isn’t super-noisy as far as sex toys go, but it’s not whisper-quiet either. When I tested the sound level, it ranged between 35 and 54 decibels, which is similar to a refrigerator.
Build Quality and Dimensions
The build quality is top-notch. The toy looks amazing, modern, and like it will last for years to come (literally). The long handle is perfect for anyone with reach issues, and the extra length is also handy for anyone who has a G spot deeper inside than most others do. Ease of Use
This toy is incredibly intuitive to use, as you can tell by the one-page instruction manual. It is virtually seamless (except for the battery charging port, as seen in the image below), so it will be easy to clean. The buttons are intuitive and easy to use even once the toy is in use, and the long handle makes it simple to use during partnered sex. The Dame Arc couldn’t be any easier to use!
Versatility
The Dame Arc gets excellent points for versatility. The design has made it equally fun to try on your G spot as your clit, so it’s the perfect buy for those who know they like one type of play but are interested in exploring another. Further, the head shape makes it equally pleasurable for people who enjoy pinpoint or broad-based clit stimulation, which most toys don’t offer.

The only thing I probably wouldn’t use this sex toy for is anal use since it doesn’t have a flared base, so I suggest you head to our anal vibrator review if anal play is your thing. Further, since this toy doesn’t have an app, it won’t work well for long-distance couples who might be better served by an app-compatible vibe like the We-Vibe Rave 2. Overall, this is a versatile vibrator.

Minor Issues I Found During Testing
I was a little confused because when I read through the Dame Arc’s description on the Dame website, it said the body was flexible. The body of my Arc is not flexible at all. Quite the opposite: it’s rigid. So if you need a vibe with some flexibility in the toy’s body, this option isn’t the best choice, and you may prefer something like the Hot Octopuss Kurve, which is much softer and more flexible.
